~diagnostics fee $155 was required upfront yet no call back or follow until "I" had to pursue text…read moreand calls for update after a week and a half. ~ at time of equipment drop off was verbally informed the diagnostics fee could be applied towards a new printer if required a new printerhead yet upon making my follow up call because of not hearing back there was no mention of that applicable diagnostics fee being applied towards a new printer due to defective printer head evaluation. ~ upon pick up to retrieve my equipment, I reminded of their verbal diagnostic fee statement that they would apply the diagnostic fee towards a new printer as stated during my initial drop off. ~ I was told that he would circle back to me with comparable printer options to apply the fee to and they would let me know the pricing on a new printer. I insisted that it not be a refurbished printer, as I had already looked up my type of printer that I retrieved back, knowing exactly what Amazon was charging for it.. ~ not surprisingly that I never heard back anything. Not a text not a call, nothing same as after I dropped it off. ~ hugely disappointed and I recommend you save your money if you require any type of diagnostics. ~ it's unfortunate for them as I would have possibly utilized additional service needs and possibly offered recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot do so because I walked away completely and totally dissatisfied after the initial reassurance that the diagnostics fee would be applied towards replacement equipment. ~ even after I reminded of all this and his lip service that he would research and contact me back with a comparable option to apply the diagnostics fee for a new printer 'not a refurbished version.' Two of us came in about five minutes before the store closed needing help with printing and shipping, and he never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He was extremely patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to make sure our printing was done correctly and helped get the shipping taken care. It's clear he values customer service and goes the extra mile to help people. Employees like him make a big difference and are a real asset to the store. Thank you for the excellent service!

In early September I took my daughter in and added a new iPhone to my account for her. It was her first Apple product ever and I took a long time working with her and getting it set up for usage. Unfortunately, 9 days later the phone was completely destroyed due to an unfortunate accident. Thankfully I have full insurance coverage on all of my Verizon iPhones and iWatches, but have never had to use it before now and wasn't certain as to how to handle this situation. Our sales representative had provide us with his name (which I prefer not to mention herein) and cell phone number. I called him for help and he directed me to the site for me to file a claim. Before I started the claim, he told me that if the entire phone needed replaced we would have to pay $99.00 replacement fee, if only the screen needed replaced it would be free, and then I specifically asked him if she would be getting a new iPhone or a refurbished one. His response was very reassuring when he stated that since the iPhone was a 14 and new, they would definitely send us a brand new iPhone. After battling Asurion to get the claim approved, which they first denied (a mistake later admitted to by an Asurion representative) and making sure I followed all of their directions, my daughter received a refurbished iPhone 14, not a new one. Any emails I sent to the sales representative attempting to discuss this fact now began to go unanswered or responded to in any way. While everyone in the store is friendly, appear very helpful, promised complete transparency, and make all kind of promises to make you feel comfortable about your new purchase, they are providing customers with incorrect information. If they are not certain about a question presented to them, they should refer you to someone who can provide you with an honest and accurate answer. Also, when they attempt to sell you the Asurion insurance on your device, all of the facts should be presented up front and with complete accuracy because it's not cheap and neither are the devices. After speaking with an actual Apple Senior Advisor, he explained the actual comparison as to how Asurion provides you with replacement phones in detail and how Apple Care provides you with a replacement. Please do your homework prior to purchasing any insurance becuase the difference is considerably different with respect to replacement device quality. My bottom line: I can no longer recommend this particular store after my experience with incorrect information. Also, I highly recommend that you compare Asurion device replacement methods compared to your own device manufacturers insurance replacement methods. I can't speak for anyone besides Apple, but the differences are much different and you may find that your actual manufacturer will be providing you with a much higher quality replacement device that Asurion.
