They never were able to sell my items and I called every month to check, so finally I requested to pick them up. An associate who answered the phone told me it was ok to come get my items. When I was able to pick them up after work, I was told by a rude staff member it's a Saturday and they don't have time to help me, go walk around and find them. WOW. They don't even keep clear records and could not tell me where my items were, or when/if they were sold. What kind of business doesn't have record of their sales, nonetheless cannot help me with my inquiry because it's a Saturday?? Hey lady....IT IS YOUR JOB TO HELP A CUSTOMER!
