I decided that I was going to buy an E bike and I did a lot of research online and then I decided I wanted to go see a few bikes and ask some people some questions about these bikes. This was the first place I went and Stacy was really really informative and helpful and then Frank came out and gave even more information. I went to two other stores that absolutely were horrible and then returned to buy my bike and then three days later, but my wife, the same brand different model that fit her needs better. I recommend this place to everybody start here because you'll end up here thanks Frank and Stacey. read more

Great family owned business. Frank is very helpful and informative about his e-bikes. They have a great selection available and you are free to test ride . frank answered all my questions and concerns. I purchased my e-bike that very day. His product crossed off all my boxes for a new e-bike. I felt his bikes were high quality and priced very reasonably. He also offers repair services and maintenance. Stacy delivered my bike that very day and went over the bike's operation. I'm very pleased with my e-bike purchase. Highly recommend. read more

Everyone else here has great reviews about National Ebike and the owner Frank. I bought an Ebike from Frank a couple of years ago and it worked great, until it didn't. It's been sitting broken for over six months and Frank has made less than zero effort to get parts to fix it. He doesn't sell the brand anymore and he apparently doesn't fix them. Countless texts, emails, voicemails, and phone calls - including speaking directly to Frank - gets no response. Every status is the same - "let me research it and get back to you". Take your money and business elsewhere. read more

Frank and his staff are the best. You don't see great service like this anymore. Knowledgable and able to answer any questions without being pushy. He walked us through our purchase of a Granite tricycle for me and an Asphalt bike for my husband. We are thrilled with the help we've had in learning to ride, to maintain and answered all our questions. Great deals and I feel like we can call on them at any time and they'll be happy to help us. read more

Frank Bob takes great care of his customers. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is not pushy. I had to ask for his opinion and each time he was spot on. My wife bought the Scoria. I bought a used bike from marketplace. Frank talked about the torque the Scoria has and I didn't listen. A month later, I sold my used ebike and bought a Scoria from Frank. The hills of NC showed us exactly what he was talking about. We both love the Scoria! He was very good about ensuring we had the best deal possible. Highly recommend Frank and Mocwheel! read more

I am in the market for an e-bike and visited National. I was given an excellent orientation and took a test ride. All of my questions were answered patiently. I have had both hips replaced and require a different configuration of seat and handlebars. He was very accommodating and helpful. I will refer anyone in the market to National. A breath of fresh air in Palm Coast to receive this kind of service. Returned to buy an e-bike f4om Frank, the owner. read more

Hi! My family rented bikes in April and June (vacationing from CA) and now in October we bought two! Frank came in on his day off for us and off we rode! We laughed at ebikes "before" but with pedal assist we can just get farther but we're still pedaling! Well, at least I am! Thank you Frank! read more

National eBike - Bikes Near Me - Palm Coast, Florida

Let me start by saying that this is the best bike rental location in this area. Period. Frank, the owner is obsessed with you having a fantastic time. They have the best bike rental prices, the equipment is too notch, and you can ride for an hour or 2 weeks. After calling every electric bike rental company in the Daytona area, we choose this company. Excellent choice. I highly recommend it. We will exclusively rent our bikes from here only next time I will get them for a week! Thanks Frank. read more

Frank goes above and beyond for his customers. He was extremely educated and knowledgeable on each bike and all the specs. He helped me choose a bike that caters to all my needs back in Aug 2023. I have gone to him for all maintenance, which he also goes above and beyond with, he is extremely thorough with his work and makes sure everything is in tip top shape. Recently I came in when I broke something, and he fought for me to get covered under warranty, and made sure I got everything fixed!! I highly recommend shopping from here, he is thorough, knowledgeable, and has impeccable customer service. read more

I just purchased a SnapCycle from Frank at his National EBike store in Palm Coast Florida. I went with the folding fat tire model. I am loving everything about this Ebike except the seat which I'm going to replace ASAP. Great purchase! I'm absolutely thrilled about the way it rides and handles. Frank had it in stock already assembled. I bought an additional package from him that included: - Upgraded Display Mount - Rear View Mirror - Cup Holder - Cell Phone Holder - Bluetooth Speaker Frank carefully explained everything about the bike as he was installing all the accessories. Then we stepped outside to adjust everything to my size and riding style. I was impressed and I was confident in my decision to make the short drive to Palm Coast to pick up my new bike. If you are anywhere in NE Florida and you are contemplating an Ebike I highly recommend Frank and National EBike. read more

Great service, informational, unbelievable service price. I've been popping rear spokes since I purchased my 2019 Aventon Pace 500 from the original dealer, now out of business. Frank and his crew found correct the parts to replace multiple spokes and the rear rim. The original dealer went bust, so I've been struggling for service and parts. National eBike/www.FLEBike.com will get all of my eBike business from now on. I'll buy an eBike from them, next. read more
