I brought my bike in for a front derailleur adjustment. I live far away so they were nice enough to say come back in one hour. They adjusted the front and back derailleur and the front brakes too. Went into the store and asked the guy behind the counter could he fix a flat on my bike. He said sure. I took the bike off my pick up truck rolled it to door and he comes out and says that's an electric bike we don't work on those. It would have been nice to know that before I took it completely off the truck by myself. (Two ratchet straps) I'm a senior who needed help and also wanted to purchase a new seat. read more

I broke the bolt holding my seat to the bike when we were 7 miles out. Needless to say the ride back was interesting. I stopped at the bike doctor the next day to purchase a bolt and Tony scrounged up a free one from the back. ( I rode that day utilizing a bolt from another bike that I had ) when I walked by the seats that he had for sale I asked Tony to recommend one to keep my junk from falling asleep, he did and jake and the boys haven't had a problem since then:-)) is recommend him 100% as he had previously worked on our 30 year old Trek bikes.
