My aunt rented a wheelchair for her mother for a week. My grandmother had to go home so she asked if we could get the 125 refunded because we only used it for a day and 1 day only cost 100. On the phone she was accused of not paying the driver the correct amount even though 4 witnesses saw her pay him 225.75. He even tried to lie on her receipt and she made him fix it and recounted. He still took the money. They told me the supervisor would call me back. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because they should not be defending their thief of a driver and something needs to be done about this. Its not even about the refund, I understand policy, it's about trying to brush theft under the rug. Below I have a message from her bank when she tried to pay with her card and it didn't go through so she called and asked if she could pay cash and on a recorded line they said yes. I also have the receipt with which the driver attempted to short change her. We will never rent from this company again. And the "supervisor" never called. Nothing was done to fix the situation.

Taylor's website listed one. I requested status on their website (they'd reply via email). Being a bit impatient, I just called them. The gent that answered was friendly and very helpful. "I'm looking at it right now, let me check...nope, it's not rented". He then asks how long I need it. I'm calling on a Saturday morning at 10. I want it until Monday. He offers their deal, rent after noon on Saturday and pay only one day rental if returned by Monday at 9. Sold. The rental process was simple. They helped load it into my truck. The saw was very high quality, like new really. I ripped about 6 boards, but it saved time and aggravation. For an old guy, every little bit helps. Job done on Sunday night, saw returned on Monday by 9. I can't say enough about how satisfied I am. The only knock is that their website said the saw was $35. The email I got indicating it was available said $73, and I ended up paying $62. That's confusing, but not worth a deduction in stars. I recommend this place, but be sure to ask for the pricing to be sure.

It was an incredible start to my birthday! They were so mannerly and awesome personality for getting there at 5:30am on a Sunday you'd never know it!! We had the perfect weather and tide conditions for kayaking! They were enjoyable and knowledgable. We each took out a single. They also have doubles and other equipment for rentals. Definitely worth it!! Clearly they know what they're doing. We couldn't thank them enough. Hoping we get to go out with them again sometime soon!! This review is solely of the eco-adventure services. I've used All Wet Sports twice for kayaking…read morerentals. The business takes walk ins and so I haven't prebooked rentals with them before. Now the pros: Within 10 minutes you're out on the water. The employees are laid back and make the process simple. You can't beat the price for an hour or two of adventure. The cons: The staff don't give much instruction. They tell you when to be back and that's about it. The gentleman recommended which direction to head in but didn't say how far you could travel in that direction or anything to be aware of. He also didn't say what I know, which is the one direction has quite a strong current and the other doesn't. I saw a couple who clearly had no experience paddle boarding struggle to get out onto the water. Though it's a public creek it would be nice if the company swept the route daily to pick up trash. I kayaked by several boards with nails sticking up and lots of plastic bottles.
