I anticipated them being more expensive, but since we did not need them right away, they suggested we wait a couple weeks for the Black Friday sales. Instead of trying to take my money and run, they actually cared enough to let us know the better deals we would be getting based on what we picked out. The big box stores seemed oblivious to any questions we asked during the rare opportunity someone was around to help. Our delivery and installation was great as well. Chaz did such a good job and was so detail oriented. He did not like how the dishwasher was originally sitting in it's space, so he took the time and made sure it looked "just right". This is the type of customer service you don't come across often. I am so happy I went with my gut and chose John's. Comparing our first visit to John's against the many visits to the big box stores, Erik and Kelly clearly knew their products and what they were doing. Their years of experience shows. Simply put, most of Aaron's customers are likely those who can't necessarily afford to buy furniture outright but can afford to make weekly or monthly payments. Aaron's takes great care when remembering their customer base and is loyal to their customers. We presently have a large flat screen LED television and a bedroom set including a queen bed, frame/headboard and two dressers. All of the merchandise has proven to be durable and is still stylish. Above all else though, I'd like to emphasize the customer service again. My family fell on hard times around the Holidays and Aaron's has been the most patient and understanding of all of our creditors. Both Aaron himself and Mike have been extraordinarily helpful and understanding. Aaron even drove his personal vehicle to my house so I could sign a paper when I was at home with no car. This store really does lease-to-own the right way. We have dealt with their competition, namely ZBest and have experienced harassment on a level that I couldn't possibly describe here. Lets just say ZBest literally (literally!) kicked my front door in.They left hundreds of Zbest fliers and business cards laying all over our front yard while we were out of town. Aaron's has shown class through and through.

I am done with this Home Depot. I guess the 150 something billion dollars they posted in gains…read morelast fiscal year wasn't enough so they apparently need more cost cutting measures... Quite some time back they took out all the lights in the small tools section so now you cannot see anything when looking through those aisles especially at small print on sockets or drill bits etc, but whatever... Yesterday I went in to purchase a new shower head. A relatively simple task except the assortment they used to have on display is about 1/3 of what it once was and the actual inventory even less than that. The one shower head I actually liked and wanted to purchase was displayed with a QR code to purchase "ONLINE ONLY". This is not only ridiculous I mean because I intend to walk out of the store with a part in my hand, but downright stupid. If I have to purchase an item online and have it delivered I am going to use Amazon to get it cheaper and delivered faster which BTW is EXACTLY what I did. I went home, did a quick search, clicked a couple buttons and now Amazon is reaping the benefits of Home Depot not having my shower head in stock. Great business model Home Depot...

We had three appliances with concerns, but David quickly determined one did not actually need repair, another would not be worth repairing because the replacement unit was so expensive, and the third required a new motor which was replaced with an OEM unit that he had on the truck.
