Simply put, most of Aaron's customers are likely those who can't necessarily afford to buy furniture outright but can afford to make weekly or monthly payments. Aaron's takes great care when remembering their customer base and is loyal to their customers. We presently have a large flat screen LED television and a bedroom set including a queen bed, frame/headboard and two dressers. All of the merchandise has proven to be durable and is still stylish. Above all else though, I'd like to emphasize the customer service again. My family fell on hard times around the Holidays and Aaron's has been the most patient and understanding of all of our creditors. Both Aaron himself and Mike have been extraordinarily helpful and understanding. Aaron even drove his personal vehicle to my house so I could sign a paper when I was at home with no car. This store really does lease-to-own the right way. We have dealt with their competition, namely ZBest and have experienced harassment on a level that I couldn't possibly describe here. Lets just say ZBest literally (literally!) kicked my front door in.They left hundreds of Zbest fliers and business cards laying all over our front yard while we were out of town. Aaron's has shown class through and through.

I tried to explain to him what was wrong with washer, that sometimes it worked fine and other times it stopped mid cycle. He proceeded to tell me it was the filter. I told him the filter was fine,he insisted on a bucket and towel. proceed to check the filter which has small amount of lint in it. I said that wasn't the problem He proceeded to start yelling at, I told him to stop yelling at me, I would not be talked to in my own home like that. at this point my husband came out and we asked him to leave, he was still yelling I told him if he wouldn't leave, I would call the cops. Finally, he left. morale of this subject, my wash machine still stops mid cycle, and this person is horrible rude. The receptionist when I called her very polite.
