I dropped my son's backpacks, lunchboxes, and polos to be embroidered with the school logo on 7/16. With previous experience working in an embroidery shop, this process seemed very rushed and not personal at all. Tell them your name, pick between a block or cursive font, and color choice. Didn't ask me about placement, how big I wanted the name, etc. I was told 2-3 weeks turnaround time and that they would call me when it was done. I knew I had plenty of time before the start of school on 8/10. Yesterday was the end of the 3 week mark and I called to get an ETA on when it would be done. The man that answered the phone asked for my information and then came back to tell me it was not ready. I questioned why as this was at the end of the quoted timeframe. He then went into telling me that they embroider for 5 schools and everyone wants their order ready. What does this have to do with me? He also made a sly mark about people waiting until the last minute, which I did not given 2-3 weeks turnaround time would be ready before school. He was incredibly rude, with a smart tone and wouldn't give me any answers. He just kept repeating "we will call you when your order is ready." I asked him if I should call again tomorrow and his response was "no, do not call tomorrow" in a horrible tone. I then asked him if he could look up when I dropped it off, he placed me on hold and after 10 minutes I called back. Seems like he just wanted to get rid of me. A girl answered the phone the 2nd time and was able to tell me it wouldn't be done today, but would be the following day. This is all I was needing was an understanding of when my order would be ready, not to wait for a call!!! I get that they are stressed during a busy season, however as someone who is going off of what I was told and spend $140 I would expect a much higher level of customer service. My husband just picked up the order and the font on the backpack and lunchboxes are LAUGHABLE!!! They are so small, and not at all where I told them to place the names. You can barely see them over the graphics and I pointed to much bigger font size on the paper sheet. The backpack was marked with a piece of tape (not a white pencil) so I'm sure it was ripped off. I'm so very disappointed in this experience and the quality of my order after spending so much money. I've received better from the mall embroiderers! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE…read more We came in because the windows had some cute items. We came out of our way to stop here. We had just left a soap shop, where my friend purchased some soap and put the soap in her pocket as it was one bar. As we were standing in the front of this store, an older woman, who turned out to be the manager, came to her employee at the front and whispered something in her ear. I didn't really pay much attention at the time but something felt off about it. At the same time they were trying to pull items in from the rain that had just started. We were then followed the rest of the time we were in the store and as we were leaving questioned if we wanted to purchase anything. After I left my friend said they had mentioned something about her pickpocketing and were staring at her pockets. It all made sense what we had experienced. I called and spoke to that manager explaining what had happened and my disappointment. She first blamed it on new staff till it was revealed SHE was the older woman who whispered in the woman's ear. She was rude and defensive and ultimately hung up on me saying "Sorry YOU were uncomfortable." This was blatant racism and profiling and I highly suggest you don't shop at such a disgusting place. I then decided to use the ship to store option, but again my local store was not listed; all the surrounding RadioShacks where listed, but not this one. I did visit the store once before. The store advertises a large selection musical instrument supplies. I was searching for a Manhasset music stand, a very common item for music players,but the store did not carry.

Instead I placed an order for a set of three-color (CMY) and a separate black cartridge but the cost was higher since the order consisted of two boxed items instead of one. When I received the shipment it consisted of the lower-cost one-box four-pack of CMYK cartridges. When I notified the Sales department at Toner Cartridge Depot they promptly refunded me the price difference. I plan to order from them again when I need new cartridges.

After a quick explanation about what I needed one worker turns to the other and says check the filing cabinet. The filing cabinet lol. My neighborhood folder was way in the back and they had to dust it off, but get this, THIS PLACE HAS A FOLDER FOR EVERY SINGLE NEIGHBORHOOD IN THE SAINT AUGUSTINE AREA AND THE PAINT CODES AND COLOR SWATCHES FOR EVERYTHING. If you want to paint it yourself and could never find the custom paint code your HOA has used, this is your place. Fast friendly service, great quality products, and they run sales so prices during the sale are great. Highly Recommend this Place.
