To add to my panic, I had to take a flight later that same day. I went to iTech and spoke with the very personable Nick, who was certain they could quickly and professionally accomplish the malware removal, virus removal, and computer security remediation for both my laptop and mobile phone. iTech went to work and within two hours cleaned up my phone and laptop, which was heavily infected. I…read morenever actually had any work done by the employees, however I feel it's fair to write a review based on my experience and recommend this place to anyone needing some software work on their compooters. I recently had an issue with a zip drive that contained some important files, so I had stopped in to see if they could help. They did all that they could, but it turns out it wasn't a software issue, but hardware failure in the zip drive itself. They recommended a local business in Jacksonville that could help me out and gave me all the information I would need to contact them. I really appreciated the fact that they made a legitimate effort to help me out, and when they couldn't, recommended someone who could, and didn't charge me for the time. On top of that- the employees there were SUPER friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Although they didn't solve my issue, I left with a smile on my face. Like I said- they seem to be more in tune with software issues here- your computer infected with viruses, or running slow, or maybe are you in need of small upgrade or some new programs? This is definitely the place to go. Stop in, ask some questions, they'll help you get where you need to be. Any other issues? They may not be able to help, but they can point you in the right direction. Like I said- they didn't actually fix my issue but helped me out, and I would definitely say if you had any other issues, they would be able to take care of you here.

A one terabyte hard drive can be purchased on Amazon for $40. And all that's required to replace it is a 5 minute job of removing the cover and plugging in the new drive. So he charged me $100 for turning it on and off. I took the computer to Jacksonville and was charged $130 for the same hard drive he offered to install. My data was retrievable. My desktop was restored. The company reinstalled quick books and Microsoft word for me. Don't waste your money on this company.
