I foolishly allowed a thief/hacker to access my laptop, that had access to every bank account, every password, every bit of identity information about me. I was panicked as they got into my bank accounts and wrecked havoc. Working with Wells Fargo Bank, they recommended iTech Repair for the clean up of my laptop. To add to my panic, I had to take a flight later that same day. I went to iTech and spoke with the very personable Nick, who was certain they could quickly and professionally accomplish the malware removal, virus removal, and computer security remediation for both my laptop and mobile phone. iTech went to work and within two hours cleaned up my phone and laptop, which was heavily infected. They were courteous, responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. Clearly they knew their stuff. They provided me with a list of infections that had permitted access, which I then could provide to the Wells Fargo Bank fraud investigation unit. The old owners were great. They cleaned my phone on several occasions for free, only asking for a good review. I just took it in, and the guy told me it would be $60 for a "refurbishing." Got a back glass replacement and immediately after my flashlight didn't work, I took it in and they fixed it which was great. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I have my first drop. My phone fell and landed FACE down (IN A CASE) on to the floor. Now the back glass immediately shattered and my cameras don't work. As per the beginning of this story, I have indeed broke the back glass before after dropping it back side down in the airport bathroom on to tile **without a case** on it. Obviously this would do it. My camera still worked as well. This says to me that either the back glass they used isn't good or when it was put back together it wasn't done right. Although I'm leaning poor quality back glass. It was something like $250 and I basically threw it away at this point. I feel like I was betrayed by this local place, not some big corp like Apple. Now I'm taking it to Apple and spending the $500 which is really upsetting. I am really disappointed by this. read more

The customer service is horrible and they took two weeks to give me back my phone. When I received my phone I noticed it was not even fixed correctly and went to a different store because I did not want to deal with these people. Very unprofessional, I would highly advise to stay away from this company. You could pretty much bet to get better service from any place but this one. Maybe the manager should spend more time training their employees to respect customers. I get better service at Chick Fil-A and I am only spending 6.99 a meal, here I spent over a 100 dollars and was extremely disappointed. Always quick and the prices are always good. Took it in once for a screen replacement and another time for a loose wire replacement. They were nice and always done quickly. I was running late the day I picked it up the first time and they stayed open 15 minutes late just so I could get it. If my kids decide to beat the Ipad up again, I will be going back lol. read more

I dropped my phone off a curb (like from 4" high) and shattered the screen. I checked with my carrier and they wanted $200 and send my phone off (for days) to be repaired. A friend recommended I Tech and I headed over there. They greeted me the second I came through the the door and about and hour and half later I picked up my repaired phone with a new battery and a glass screen protector. All for about $170. I was on vacation and had broken my iPad mini a couple days before. I repair medical equipment for a living and made a common mistake while removing the screen. I burnt out the fuses. Didn't have time to fix it myself so I went on vacation and gave itech a call. Told them that I needed it done in a day and a half and after talking to one of the techs they had me bring it in. I was NOT vague about when I was leaving town. If I had had my tools and the parts I could have fixed it in under an hour and a half. We left about two hours after I told them I was leaving with a still broken iPad. They originally told me two days but that that could get it done. Don't trust them for a rush job. read more

Stay away from this company if you don't want to keep repairing your phone multiple times and paying hundreds of dollars. They replaced the cracked screen on my iPhone, but after a month or so new cracks appeared on the screen (the phone has never been dropped). I brought it back to the Itech since it was under a 90 day warranty, but they said the warranty does not cover cracks. So I had to agree to pay again for the 2nd replacement, after which 2 weeks later the new cracks appeared (again), and, in addition to it, the phone stopped working at all. am so glad that I did not go to Itech this time. I went to a different place and the technician told me that the screen was getting separated form the phone and they also found a piece of tape that Itech left inside the phone. read more

I dropped my from the manufacturer Iphone about a hundred times before it finally cracked. They replaced my screen and the second day I had it I lightly dropped it on a flat surface and it completely shattered. I told them I thought is was weaker glass but they assured it me it was OEM. I paid to replace it again. This time two weeks and the screen went black. They checked it, said it was defective and they could replace but not until the next week as they did not have any black screens in stock, which was familiar as the first time I had to wait for them to get black screens in. I said I couldn't be without a phone for the weekend so they put a white screen on my black phone and told me they would swap it out the next week. However I immediately noticed a dead pixel in the center and a yellow halo on one side, and then while only in my pocket it developed a hairline crack. I took it back and told them aside from the defects it was either installed improperly or was cheap glass because under almost no pressure and perfectly normal use it cracked. I was told this is normal. I asked for the owner, and was told they would call him and get back to me. They got back to me and offered to replace it for 30$ I said to have the owner call me and explain this and never heard from them. Bad quality and bad service. read more
