I was panicked as they got into my bank accounts and wrecked havoc. Working with Wells Fargo Bank, they recommended iTech Repair for the clean up of my laptop. To add to my panic, I had to take a flight later that same day. I went to iTech and spoke with the very personable Nick, who was certain they could quickly and professionally accomplish the malware removal, virus removal, and computer security remediation for both my laptop and mobile phone. iTech went to work and within two hours cleaned up my phone and laptop, which was heavily infected. They were courteous, responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. Clearly they knew their stuff. They provided me with a list of infections that had permitted access, which I then could provide to the Wells Fargo Bank fraud investigation unit. Fast, efficient, engaged, polite, responsive and cost effective. I'm greatful to the iTech crew for their efforts and appreciative of Nick's courtesy and explanations. I totally commend them to you without reservation.

1 STAR - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Tech Hospital in St. Augustine. I brought in my iPad for a screen repair and was given multiple different timelines. Initially, I was told the repair would be completed within about an hour. Then I was told the part would arrive between 12-1 PM. After that, I was told the repair would not be completed until Monday. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. I was not informed beforehand that the part was out of stock or that the payment would be nonrefundable. I was not provided with a written estimate or a clear refund policy before authorizing the order. I needed my iPad for school assignments, so these repeated delays put me in a difficult position. I also attempted to contact the business for updates and eventually had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone. I spoke with multiple employees, including Olivia and Anthony, but the overall experience left me feeling like my time, money, and concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency about charges and refund policies BEFORE money is taken. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously.

No one from the business followed up. I called. An employee with a heavy Indian accent answered. He knew nothing about my computer. Said he would call his boss to get back with me but boss wouldn't be there for a few hours. Finally hear from the man o originally worked with. He said he needed to send it out for repair. When asked, he said it would take a week. Here it is one week later. No calls. No follow ups. Again, I called for an update. Same Indian accented man answers and again knows nothing and boss is not there. I told him that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I also insisted on a return call from the boss within 1 hour. (It's 2:15 pm). Five min later, Indian accented man calls to inform me that the computer will arrive on Thurs. I ask how much. Nothing because it can't be fixed. Boss is not there and too busy to call me. I will never use this business again.

Took it to AG Tech Repair, they did their thing, and it was very affordable. However, got it home, same issue. Now you're thinking "Did they really fix it?" Well, they can't fix stupid. I was plugging a cable into the wrong HDMI port. AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing. Long story short: They will do everything they can to diagnose and repair your issues AND they will go the extra mile all while charging far LESS than I would expect.
