Also they tried to tell me that my HDMI port was broken and wanted around $80 to fix it (8 or so months later its completely functional never had a problem with it) I could have brought it back for them to fix it assumingely for free but I'm a hour out and I ain't got no time for that. This is why I do my own repairs a 50 year old divorced tech dude on YouTube is a-lot more efficient, cheap, and helpful than any chain repair store by far. 2/5 never again.

Well, I had trouble and called the store but he happened to had been on lunch at that time. Abbas took over for him. Abbas spent an hour with me on the phone, face timing, instructing, etc. as we relentlessly attempted to get my Netflix/HBO connected to the tv. Without success, Abbas being determined then asked me where I lived and if he could come over to rectify the problem once and for all. Exasperated, I accepted his offer. Abass came to my house and spent almost another hour getting my services set up and finally had success! It was my tv connection causing the problem. He was immediately respectful taking off his shoes, kind and professional at all times. On his way out, he noticed my door bell was blinking and insisted on setting that up for me on my phone for safety! Unbelievable. It is rare nowadays to have such a thoughtful, detailed person working in the field who truly wants to make customers happy and will go the extra mile. I offered Abbas money on the way out and he kindly declined. I offered to buy him some food or something feeling he put so much energy into my situation but he kindly declined again with a big smile. What a young man of integrity who will undoubtedly become a success. May others learn from his character and Verizon take notice!

This place was very convenient for me since I live in Julington Creek. I pass it every day on my way home from work. I've been meaning to stop in and have my laptop checked out. It's been terribly slow for about 3 months now. I barely used since it slowed down. I'm always intimidated by these type of places, but I finally stopped in and I'm glad I did. I was there for about 15 minutes and the guy at the counter looked at my system with me. Turns out I had an issue with windows updating and it was locking up the system. He was able to disable the updates and I was then able to get the speed back. I will bring it back for him to repair it so it doesn't happen again, but I had to take the laptop with me as I had some work to get done before I leave town. He didn't charge me for that assistance which I thought maybe he should have but I will certainly be back. They were very friendly and the atmosphere was not at all intimidating. It looks like maybe they offer classes in the back as well. I would recommend them over Best Buy or Staples. I prefer owner operated small businesses over big box stores for the level of customer service that goes with it. read more

Stopped at Verizon to replace my phone that I dropped in water. They suggested I go next door to these guys to try repairing it as it was going to be expensive to replace (IPHone 6S). They needed it for a couple hours to repair the water damage. They gave me a loaner which was nice because I couldn't wait for it. The owner met me there on Sunday (i didn't realize they were closed on Sundays) because I wasn't able to get back to them on Saturday. Very accomodating and the phone is as good as new. I dropped off my laptop in the morning. I wasn't sure they could do anything for me as it wasn't turning on. They seemed fairly busy but were able to check it out before noon. Turned out my battery was dead and my charger wasn't working. They hooked me up with a new charger for $27 and the battery charged up just fine. They didn't charge me any labor for the diagnostics. Nice people. I will recommend to others. Love the old tandy computer from the early 80s that they have on display...Brought back memories! read more

I came here to computer n phones last minute. I ran around to different Walmart's trying to just buy another Lenovo laptop because my screen needed to be fixed. All of the stores including Best Buy were all out of stock. He was courteous, professional and fast. It took him less then 30 minutes and he made my system run much smoother and faster might I add. He also cleaned my laptop inside and out. I recommend this repair shop and would come back if need be. read more

Shattered my iPhone 6 screen, Looked around for a while and decIded everything else was too expensive, saw a sign on the road, stopped to ask the price, it was way cheaper than the other places I called and It only took 20 mins!!! Service was great, they even told me to come back if i have any problems with the screen they will stand behind their work. they even had cold drinks while we waited! Highly recommend! read more

Took it to AG Tech Repair, they did their thing, and it was very affordable. However, got it home, same issue. Now you're thinking "Did they really fix it?" Well, they can't fix stupid. I was plugging a cable into the wrong HDMI port. AG Tech Repair answered my text questions, didn't brush me off and say it was fixed, and eventually had me send them a picture of the back of my desktop and quickly identified what my temporarily braindead self was doing. Long story short: They will do everything they can to diagnose and repair your issues AND they will go the extra mile all while charging far LESS than I would expect.
