The gentleman at this establishment quoted a repair for $89.99 and about 30 minutes. I was slightly dubious he'd be able to get it done so quickly as he seemed to be quite busy with several customers as I was leaving and I think he was the only one working there, but my wife and I went and grabbed some lunch while we waited. Not 25 minutes went by before we received a text that my phone was ready. Not only is the repair flawless, but he also threw in a screen protector for free that I had declined when he offered it at a $10 upcharge when I dropped the phone off. He placed a temporary screen on my iPhone 11 so I could unlock it and upload all my pictures directly to my computer before returning it back to Verizon for my credit towards my new phone. (Verizon had been able to transfer all my contacts and photos from 2019 to the new phone but that was it. Because I couldn't unlock my phone I had no way to access the photos from 2020 or 2021.) This is a service he offers for just $20. He didn't charge me because it didn't work with my POS laptop. Also I'm not very technically inclined. We previously had our broken screens (iPad, iPhones) replaced by a different store (we are very hard on our tech!). But when our iPad mini never quite worked properly again, we decided to try The Computer & Technology Center as my friend had a very good experience there. She was so right- they were awesome! 3 of 5 because I only paid $100 for my iPhone screen replacement and it was done in 30 minutes which was great because I could barely touch the screen without cutting my finger. My screen is a little crazy sensitive now. Sometimes it's works and sometimes it doesn't. Had to restart my phone a few times because my screen wasn't registering that I was touching it. Probably won't be coming back to this place. Another thing that kinda caught me of guard was the fact that it didn't really look that well put together. I get that it's an electronics maintenance store, but the counters were a complete mess. I would say that if they wanted more customers they'd need to give this place a little TLC. read more
