Brought my laptop for eval/repair. Was told it would take an hour. 90 min later I return. Was told I'd was a burnt out capacitor and they might be able to repair but would need a day. No one from the business followed up. I called. An employee with a heavy Indian accent answered. He knew nothing about my computer. Said he would call his boss to get back with me but boss wouldn't be there for a few hours. Finally hear from the man o originally worked with. He said he needed to send it out for repair. When asked, he said it would take a week. Here it is one week later. No calls. No follow ups. Again, I called for an update. Same Indian accented man answers and again knows nothing and boss is not there. I told him that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I also insisted on a return call from the boss within 1 hour. (It's 2:15 pm). Five min later, Indian accented man calls to inform me that the computer will arrive on Thurs. I ask how much. Nothing because it can't be fixed. Boss is not there and too busy to call me. I will never use this business again. read more

Ok. I went here when they first opened and customer service was great. I had to back the a few days ago to get a battery replaced in my child's iPhone. First impression was I think I'm gonna go somewhere else to do this BUT with it being so close to our house I have them my business anyway. When I went back to pay for the service done the employee was much nicer and actually gave me $10 off his original quote. I hope I don't have to get anymore phones repaired but if I do I will go back to this place. read more

NEVER again. I was looking for an Apple Authorized service center for my MacBook Pro and took it here and the technician's name was Billy. I had read from previous reviews that this place was very good. In less than 20 minutes after leaving my 15 inch MacBook Pro with Billy at IfixandRestore, Billy called me on my cell phone and told me to return to the store so he could show me something. Okay I said and immediately drove back there to the Oakleaf store. Billy showed me damage to the pc from liquid getting through the keyboard and said it would be at least 500.00 for a repair but that he had a newer model MacBook Pro 13 inch that he could exchange mine for which he had fixed and it was in perfect condition for the same price, $500.00. I bought this thinking it would be completely fine and just waited for him to transfer all my backup data to the new 13 inch MacBook Pro. There lies the problem, Billy did not have the external hard drive that he used to back up my data from my old MacBook Pro to the new one he just charged me for. Billy never returned the hard drive for the backup on my 15 inch MacBook Pro and within 6 months of purchasing his 500.00 repaired 13 inch MacBook Pro, it completely dead on me and so I took it to the APPLE STORE in St. Johns Town Center and they could not even fix it or offer a guarantee if it was sent in that it could be fixed for under $800.00. I was so upset and to this day have trouble trusting any more Apple products even though I believe this repair shop and the fast talking technician Billy are to blame for what happened and are scammers. I hope to sue this company and get what I should have gotten in the first place. read more

We're on vacation, visiting family in route to Disney. My iPhone 7 needed a screen replaced but we did not have much time. Billy took 15 minutes to replace the screen; letting me watch the repair and putting up with questions along the way. I'm not the type to go out of my way to leave a review on a place but this business is awful. I paid to get my sons iPad fixed a month ago and Jake told me that I had to pay $100 upfront and come back in 2 weeks for the part to come in and get replaced then pay $60 after. I paid the $100 and came back as told. When I get there 2 weeks later, Marcus tells me that my order was canceled and never reordered. No one bothered to call and let me know and I definitely never told them to cancel. He told me that he would place the order again and to come back in another 2 weeks. I wait another 2 weeks and instead of going there, I call first. They let me know it'll come in 3 days, so I wait. Finally on Monday the order is in, I drop the iPad off and Jake tells me it'll be awhile to pick up since he is backed up and takes my number to call me when it's done. When I finally get to pick up my sons iPad, I let him know how frustrated I was that no one bothered to communicate and I had to wait a whole month for this to be done and he tells me that he could only take $5 off. This place is a joke, horrible customer service. I'd rather drive across town to a reputable place then to ever come here again. What's irritating is that they took my money in the first place and if I never called to ask about what was going on with my order they would've just kept my damn money?? I paid $100 upfront and they just cancelled it with no communication or refund or anything. As a mother who also works and takes classes, this is extremely frustrating and felt like they didn't care that they wasted my time. And to top it all off, they broke the home button on my sons iPad after getting the screen replaced! read more

Don't use this business. I spent 200.00 bucks to fix my daughter's phone and wouldn't charge after I got it back. When I called they said they only fix what you said the problem was. I said it wouldn't charge from the beginning. Stay away! read more
