Great quick response and since this help was needed for my mother and I am in another state Jason went out and above in keeping me in the loop on the progress. He is very professional and friendly. My mother dosen't drive so he came to her house and fixed alot of her tech (Apple) products and gave her tips on how to use them. He also took some old tvs and tablets to donate to a local school for them to practice on. I love that. He even had someone who could help my mom get her dogs to the Vet and groomed. I was very surprised when I looked up computer repair near me and found Tech Resurrect. I had no referrence just a search to go by and what a refreshing experience with Jason. My sons computer was not letting it access the internet. Jason had several ideas of what it could be after telling him the issue. I was surprised as he proceeded to go through some trouble shooting over the phone. After realizing it was not an easy fix he even offered pick up service so I didnt need to leave my house. I was heading out anyway so I easily dropped it off. After a few hours and Jason basically giving play by play he found the issue program that had malfunctioned and a Microsoft file issue as well.
