I was calling to find out where he was located and when I could come by the next day with my computer. But he wanted to try something over the phone to see if I could somehow get into the computer again. Unfortunately it did not work. He told me what was likely the issue and my options. He could have told me to come in and bring my PC and he could have tried to remove the hard drive and move my data over to another machine, etc. But he was very honest and said at this point, given the issue and the fact that the PC was over 5 years old the best thing to do would be to get a new PC. Honesty! I was very thankful to have reached Kevin. I feel like I got straight answers. He was friendly, showed concern, and was quick to call me back. Thank you Kevin! Receive a call from my bank that someone tried to transfer $2500 out of one of my accounts. Made a call to My Computer Man he was here in last then 4 hours and within 10 min. he found I had been hacked and someone else had control of computer, my accounts, my e-mail, all my passwords. The hack job was due to a stupid thing I did. Ninety minutes later Kevin had me back in control, passwords changed on all major accounts, and receiving all my new and old e-mails. Everything back to normal in way less then 2 hours. This is not the first that Kevin and his team have worked miracles for me. THANKS KEVIN!!!!

1 STAR - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Tech Hospital in St. Augustine. I brought in my iPad for a screen repair and was given multiple different timelines. Initially, I was told the repair would be completed within about an hour. Then I was told the part would arrive between 12-1 PM. After that, I was told the repair would not be completed until Monday. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. I was not informed beforehand that the part was out of stock or that the payment would be nonrefundable. I was not provided with a written estimate or a clear refund policy before authorizing the order. I needed my iPad for school assignments, so these repeated delays put me in a difficult position. I also attempted to contact the business for updates and eventually had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone. I spoke with multiple employees, including Olivia and Anthony, but the overall experience left me feeling like my time, money, and concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency about charges and refund policies BEFORE money is taken. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously.

So he charged me $100 for turning it on and off. I took the computer to Jacksonville and was charged $130 for the same hard drive he offered to install. My data was retrievable. My desktop was restored. The company reinstalled quick books and Microsoft word for me. Don't waste your money on this company.

They recommended a local business in Jacksonville that could help me out and gave me all the information I would need to contact them. I really appreciated the fact that they made a legitimate effort to help me out, and when they couldn't, recommended someone who could, and didn't charge me for the time. On top of that- the employees there were SUPER friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Although they didn't solve my issue, I left with a smile on my face. Like I said- they seem to be more in tune with software issues here- your computer infected with viruses, or running slow, or maybe are you in need of small upgrade or some new programs?
