(Unfortunately, I don't seem to be able to let other consumers know about Ancient City Computer Services through Google, which has mishandled Mr. Marchalleck's account and impaired his ability to promote his own business online. Somehow, Microsoft 11 got corrupted on my laptop and it would not load. As with most of us, I keep quite a bit of important information stored on it. Chris diagnosed and corrected the problem, and had it back to me within two days. The cost of this repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your computer repair needs.

I can't thank this man enough - but we decided money was the best way. He was very fair. Would I recommend him to others? To my competitors, absolutely not. To everyone else? Absolutely.

His approachable warm demeanor immediately puts you at ease when you are freaking out because your MacBook crashed out of nowhere in the middle of your masters assignment. Ever get a folder with a question mark on it on your MacBook and went into panic mode? After a quick google search, ServicePros USA came up, so I reached out. Speaking to him on the phone, you immediately know he knows what he's talking about, but not in a self-assured way. He takes the time to explain what he means, and that means a lot coming from a woman who thinks the perfect fix is restarting her computer. Within 24 hours of dropping it off, Jim did a system check. Although not fixable, it delivered the information well, and talked me through options. As a student, I appreciated his candor and his understanding and not charging for a diagnosis with all the stresses of coronavirus, it was a moment of brightness and kindness in a stressful world. All I can say is Jim, thank you, and I hope I can repay your kindness one day. If you are in the area, visit Jim at ServicePros USA - he is hands down THE BEST! (I did visit another store before, and was charged, and had a bad experience, so trust me!) Leave the fate of your device in Jim's hands and you'll be glad you did.

Alright, I'm about to deliver a weird type of review for the Computer Doctors in St. Augustine. I…read morenever actually had any work done by the employees, however I feel it's fair to write a review based on my experience and recommend this place to anyone needing some software work on their compooters. I recently had an issue with a zip drive that contained some important files, so I had stopped in to see if they could help. They did all that they could, but it turns out it wasn't a software issue, but hardware failure in the zip drive itself. They recommended a local business in Jacksonville that could help me out and gave me all the information I would need to contact them. I really appreciated the fact that they made a legitimate effort to help me out, and when they couldn't, recommended someone who could, and didn't charge me for the time. On top of that- the employees there were SUPER friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Although they didn't solve my issue, I left with a smile on my face. Like I said- they seem to be more in tune with software issues here- your computer infected with viruses, or running slow, or maybe are you in need of small upgrade or some new programs? This is definitely the place to go. Stop in, ask some questions, they'll help you get where you need to be. Any other issues? They may not be able to help, but they can point you in the right direction. Like I said- they didn't actually fix my issue but helped me out, and I would definitely say if you had any other issues, they would be able to take care of you here.

1 STAR - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Tech Hospital in St. Augustine. I brought in my iPad for a screen repair and was given multiple different timelines. Initially, I was told the repair would be completed within about an hour. Then I was told the part would arrive between 12-1 PM. After that, I was told the repair would not be completed until Monday. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. I was not informed beforehand that the part was out of stock or that the payment would be nonrefundable. I was not provided with a written estimate or a clear refund policy before authorizing the order. I needed my iPad for school assignments, so these repeated delays put me in a difficult position. I also attempted to contact the business for updates and eventually had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone. I spoke with multiple employees, including Olivia and Anthony, but the overall experience left me feeling like my time, money, and concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency about charges and refund policies BEFORE money is taken. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously.
