I insisted that it not be a refurbished printer, as I had already looked up my type of printer that I retrieved back, knowing exactly what Amazon was charging for it.. ~ not surprisingly that I never heard back anything. A one terabyte hard drive can be purchased on Amazon for $40. And all that's required to replace it is a 5 minute job of removing the cover and plugging in the new drive. So he charged me $100 for turning it on and off. I took the computer to Jacksonville and was charged $130 for the same hard drive he offered to install. My data was retrievable. My desktop was restored. The company reinstalled quick books and Microsoft word for me. Don't waste your money on this company.
