I must admit I was a nervous wreck, fearing I would lose many things I desperately wanted to keep, but every single thing was saved. I'm so happy that I'm going to take other things to him to get them cleaned and updated---fair warning, Trey!---so I don't get into some other jam. In fact, I'd drive up from my home in South Florida if I had to, just to deal with this shop. Trey is confident in his ability, patient (a requirement for me, as a hopeless non-Geek), puts the customer's best interests first and is really good at his job.     ~diagnostics fee $155 was required upfront yet no call back or follow until "I" had to pursue text…read moreand calls for update after a week and a half. ~ at time of equipment drop off was verbally informed the diagnostics fee could be applied towards a new printer if required a new printerhead yet upon making my follow up call because of not hearing back there was no mention of that applicable diagnostics fee being applied towards a new printer due to defective printer head evaluation. ~ upon pick up to retrieve my equipment, I reminded of their verbal diagnostic fee statement that they would apply the diagnostic fee towards a new printer as stated during my initial drop off. ~ I was told that he would circle back to me with comparable printer options to apply the fee to and they would let me know the pricing on a new printer. I insisted that it not be a refurbished printer, as I had already looked up my type of printer that I retrieved back, knowing exactly what Amazon was charging for it.. ~ not surprisingly that I never heard back anything. Not a text not a call, nothing same as after I dropped it off. ~ hugely disappointed and I recommend you save your money if you require any type of diagnostics. ~ it's unfortunate for them as I would have possibly utilized additional service needs and possibly offered recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot do so because I walked away completely and totally dissatisfied after the initial reassurance that the diagnostics fee would be applied towards replacement equipment. ~ even after I reminded of all this and his lip service that he would research and contact me back with a comparable option to apply the diagnostics fee for a new printer 'not a refurbished version.' I never was contacted again with his follow. he knew he was making an easy $155 from me and never provided any services only empty words.

His approachable warm demeanor immediately puts you at ease when you are freaking out because your MacBook crashed out of nowhere in the middle of your masters assignment. Ever get a folder with a question mark on it on your MacBook and went into panic mode? After a quick google search, ServicePros USA came up, so I reached out. Speaking to him on the phone, you immediately know he knows what he's talking about, but not in a self-assured way. He takes the time to explain what he means, and that means a lot coming from a woman who thinks the perfect fix is restarting her computer. Within 24 hours of dropping it off, Jim did a system check. Although not fixable, it delivered the information well, and talked me through options. As a student, I appreciated his candor and his understanding and not charging for a diagnosis with all the stresses of coronavirus, it was a moment of brightness and kindness in a stressful world.     I foolishly allowed a thief/hacker to access my laptop, that had access to every bank account,…read moreevery password, every bit of identity information about me. I was panicked as they got into my bank accounts and wrecked havoc. Working with Wells Fargo Bank, they recommended iTech Repair for the clean up of my laptop. To add to my panic, I had to take a flight later that same day. I went to iTech and spoke with the very personable Nick, who was certain they could quickly and professionally accomplish the malware removal, virus removal, and computer security remediation for both my laptop and mobile phone. iTech went to work and within two hours cleaned up my phone and laptop, which was heavily infected. They were courteous, responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. Clearly they knew their stuff. They provided me with a list of infections that had permitted access, which I then could provide to the Wells Fargo Bank fraud investigation unit. Fast, efficient, engaged, polite, responsive and cost effective. I'm greatful to the iTech crew for their efforts and appreciative of Nick's courtesy and explanations. I totally commend them to you without reservation.

Received a call at 5:37 saying that It would actually be 2-3 days that they had to order a screen. I just picked my phone up(broken still because I will go somewhere else) complete time wasted no apology or anything when I picked up my phone either.
