And just like his previous work, he was quick to communicate, and shot us a text to let us know he was inbound and arrived at the appointed time. He did an outstanding job at very reasonable pricing. Alex was very meticulous in his work and prior to leaving he did a good job in cleaning up. He showed us the multiple positions in how the TV can be viewed. As a plus, He did a real nice job covering cables from view. Just a great guy who is proud of his work (and should be). If the need were to present itself, I'll be calling on Alex! Alright, I'm about to deliver a weird type of review for the Computer Doctors in St. Augustine. I…read morenever actually had any work done by the employees, however I feel it's fair to write a review based on my experience and recommend this place to anyone needing some software work on their compooters. I recently had an issue with a zip drive that contained some important files, so I had stopped in to see if they could help. They did all that they could, but it turns out it wasn't a software issue, but hardware failure in the zip drive itself. They recommended a local business in Jacksonville that could help me out and gave me all the information I would need to contact them. I really appreciated the fact that they made a legitimate effort to help me out, and when they couldn't, recommended someone who could, and didn't charge me for the time. On top of that- the employees there were SUPER friendly and seemed to know their stuff. Although they didn't solve my issue, I left with a smile on my face. Like I said- they seem to be more in tune with software issues here- your computer infected with viruses, or running slow, or maybe are you in need of small upgrade or some new programs? This is definitely the place to go. Stop in, ask some questions, they'll help you get where you need to be. Any other issues? They may not be able to help, but they can point you in the right direction. Like I said- they didn't actually fix my issue but helped me out, and I would definitely say if you had any other issues, they would be able to take care of you here.

1 STAR - Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Tech Hospital in St. Augustine. I brought in my iPad for a screen repair and was given multiple different timelines. Initially, I was told the repair would be completed within about an hour. Then I was told the part would arrive between 12-1 PM. After that, I was told the repair would not be completed until Monday. What made the experience even worse was the lack of transparency. I was not informed beforehand that the part was out of stock or that the payment would be nonrefundable. I was not provided with a written estimate or a clear refund policy before authorizing the order. I needed my iPad for school assignments, so these repeated delays put me in a difficult position. I also attempted to contact the business for updates and eventually had trouble getting anyone to answer the phone. I spoke with multiple employees, including Olivia and Anthony, but the overall experience left me feeling like my time, money, and concerns were not being taken seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency about charges and refund policies BEFORE money is taken. I would not recommend this experience to anyone, and I hope management takes customer service and communication more seriously.
