I hired this company to hang a new flat screen TV. The tech arrived on time & hung the new 75 inch TV within 30 minutes & then left. He even stated that the mount was anchored in the studs of the wall. Less than 30 minutes later the TV & rack fell off the wall. The TV was literally hanging by the cable connection. There's a major scratch on the screen of the new TV & the wall is damaged & requires repair. Anthony,an employe of Hello Tech, refuses to replace my new TV because it will still "turn on"! The tech that came to my home had to use YouTube to know how to perform the job, he had his wife come with him to the job and when I arrived home after having my older son watch the house she was sitting on our couch when I came home. Ehssan, the tech, was great, he was 5 starts. My experience with HelloTech was not great. Complete lack of communication was very frustrating. Tech was 2 HOURS late and HelloTech did not attempt to keep me updated. I also stated in my request that no one would be around to lift the TV. Thankfully my husband came home early to help, it was a struggle with both of them, HelloTech set Ehssan up to fail by sending alone. Kevin Westman came by on Saturday. Just imagine sending a plumber to fix your electricity. Can we say, "Hot GLUE" to mount the sound bar to the wall, not the bottom of the 80" screen? Can we say, technician refused to use my PERLESMITH mount and insisted I pay for HIS mount from his truck outside of HELLOTECH equipment and his mount was for 60" and 165lb weight for my 210lb television? Yep, the mount is bending after 24 hours. I have GOTS to show this hot glue job because it's too sticky to not see it. This is bad. After 2 hours on the phone, I have gotten a commitment for a refund for $209.00 for "service" plus $95 refund for the personally priced mount place. It's bad, y'all. read more

They charged Me to run 3 cable and only ran 2, the tech said I could call and they would adjust the price over they phone, they refused to refund the difference. The cable the run kept getting interference from the light switch on the wall, hired an electrician who worked all morning said it was the cable wire, hellotech said it was not in their scope of work... but they installed the cable wire? Called comcast and they told me to call... wait for it... hellotech since they did the cable wire install. ‍ It's bad enough they company's outsource all their customer support to cheap labor countries but to blow me off on comcast again, who won't help me at all is pretty bad. read more

I've had this service done before and it was an amazing experience. This time, not so much. The job was not done correctly (no surround sound, center speaker non-functional), cords are not organized, a speaker was dropped damaging the casing, it took hours and was a pretty simple job, and only speaker wires were connected for both jobs and I was charged for a full home theater set-up. And now I am waiting to hear back from anyone to schedule a revisit to fix the problem I was left with. I was told it could take 24 hours! Unacceptable! read more

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times For printer repair. My printer was leaving a dark line down the right side of my documents so the tech switched out the toner and put in a new cartridge. It printed great so he left. Two days later my documents printed completely black, not a speck of white on the papers. I tried calling and simultaneously chatting with the company and on both communications was on hold over an hour. Since I run a business, I was unable to continue staying on hold. 1. He did not use the correct TV mount for the flat screen TV in the family room. This is causing the TV to hang low on the left side and is further out from the wall on the right side. 2. He did not use tie wraps to secure the wires behind any of the TV'S 3. He did not conceal the wiring on the one second floor TV because he did not have required tools or materials in order to do the work professionally. read more

By far the worse company I've ever encountered...I paid $250 for someone come out and install a coax pug for my wifi so that I can finally use my wifi from infinity that I'm paying for...I paid and the date that they gave me and told me someone would come out no one came at all. So I called and they said they would send someone out again...the man came out did nothing and left with no word. Not to mention he was very rude he didn't have like a nice attitude or anything and we were being nice. My family called again! And they said they give me my refund...a week later no refund! My mom calls back and ask for some one to come out and do it and just don't worry about the refund...they told us to wait 24-48 hours for a text for them to schedule... 72hrs later...nothing! So we call back and raise hell because it's been now a month and a half and j already went through my free trial with infinity for my first month and wasn't even able to use it...and now I just paid 100 to infinity for not being able to use there wifi...this is the company that they gave me and it's terrible...but back to what I was saying we called then and they said they would give me my refund and then send some one out... It was scheduled for Monday and then they cancelled and rescheduled for today saterday January the 8th... And now I just got told that they cancelled once more... seriously what the actual hell... And I still haven't gotten my refund a week later that they said would take 48 hours...I do not recommend this company at all read more
