Whether you're just having cables run, or you have an extensive home automation system, you will thank yourself for years to come that you picked FulTech. I started my home construction in 2012, using a different Jacksonville based company, for a complete Crestron controlled home - all lighting, multi-zone HVAC, distributed HD video, multi-room audio, programmable remotes and portable touch screens, pool control, door control, pretty much everything you can think of was part of the home automation package. To protect the guilty, we'll call the company I first used, "Company-A". Six months into construction, it became clear that Company-A couldn't "cut the mustard" with delivering a totally programmed and functional Smart Home. I then contracted with "Company-B" out of Orlando. By all outward appearances, Company-B looked qualified to complete the entire job. However, after eight solid months of programming and reprogramming, the owners of Company-B filed for bankruptcy and closed up shop, all in one weekend. Talk about being hung out to dry! Very fortunate to me, this story has a happy ending.....I found FulTech Solutions! In short order, they completed a full system discovery, identified company "A & B's" errors and omissions, and delivered a finished system, all in less than one week! As thrilled as I am with FulTech, let me define it in a different way - my wife even loves them! She hated "A & B", felt swindled, lied to, left adrift, by both of them. He fixed it back in 2019 and it was like new. We moved to NC in 2020 and recently we had another problem in June 2023 and he figured it out. We drove the TV to him in Jax. Our garage door works but it wasn't up to code, outdated, appeared to be DIY'd, and downright…read morenoisy. You know those money pages you get in the mail sometimes? That's how we found Precision. They always called 20-30 mins before their arrival window and sent a text with the photo of the person coming. A tech came out and examined our door and gave us some options that were reasonably priced. He was very professional and polite. On the day we scheduled the guy parked outside of the garage, introduced him then walked around the garage checking out what he'd need to do to install our new door and opener. He thanked us for clearing out the space so he could work and told us that it would take about 3.5 to 4 hours to complete everything. He stated he does two of these a day and ours was the second. Ok. Then he got to work. We offered water and a fan since it was a very hot day but he said he was prepared and thanked us. He was done in exactly the amount of time he said he would. I was amazed. A week out and the door and opener is so much quieter. Thanks Precision!
