And just like his previous work, he was quick to communicate, and shot us a text to let us know he was inbound and arrived at the appointed time. He did an outstanding job at very reasonable pricing. Alex was very meticulous in his work and prior to leaving he did a good job in cleaning up. He showed us the multiple positions in how the TV can be viewed. As a plus, He did a real nice job covering cables from view. Just a great guy who is proud of his work (and should be). If the need were to present itself, I'll be calling on Alex! We recently had our security system installed by Joe Cole at our business…read more Joe arrived on time (early, actually!) and met with me to walk me through the process and make sure that he and I both understood the assignment. He had an initial installation plan that I made a few changes to! He graciously obliged and made everything work perfectly. Joe was courteous and respectful of everyone in my office. He worked diligently and meticulously to accomplish this installation. He adjusted the cameras as needed to make sure that any area we wanted monitored, was. The equipment (monitor and recorder) was wall mounted. He made sure I was comfortable with the placement before he ever put a mark on the wall. We downloaded the app, went through the setup process (which wasn't easy because the Verizon network was down) and he made sure I knew how to work my way through and around the app and find anything I might be needing to look at. He also made sure I had the number to tech support! Smart move, Joe! I feel like excellent customer service is very rare in the world we live in but Joe absolutely nailed it! He was very humble in asking for us to leave him a review and didn't ask for a "5-star review" just "1-5 stars, depending on how we thought he did." Well Joe, we're giving you a "5-star review" because you absolutely deserve it and a "10-star review" isn't an option. The cameras are great too. Exactly what we needed to monitor and protect our business.

While they may be expensive, you get what you pay for: exceptional workmanship, reliability, professionalism, and honesty. Connor and Andrew were our technicians on this visit, and they were outstanding. We received a courtesy call when they were on their way, they arrived on time, and immediately got to work. Connor and Andrew explained the issue with our outlets, answered all of our questions, and even showed us how we could test the outlets ourselves in the future using an inexpensive tester from Home Depot or Lowe's. We really appreciated them taking the time to share that knowledge instead of simply completing the repair and leaving. Great customer service and quality work!
