We recently had our security system installed by Joe Cole at our business…read more Joe arrived on time (early, actually!) and met with me to walk me through the process and make sure that he and I both understood the assignment. He had an initial installation plan that I made a few changes to! He graciously obliged and made everything work perfectly. Joe was courteous and respectful of everyone in my office. He worked diligently and meticulously to accomplish this installation. He adjusted the cameras as needed to make sure that any area we wanted monitored, was. The equipment (monitor and recorder) was wall mounted. He made sure I was comfortable with the placement before he ever put a mark on the wall. We downloaded the app, went through the setup process (which wasn't easy because the Verizon network was down) and he made sure I knew how to work my way through and around the app and find anything I might be needing to look at. He also made sure I had the number to tech support! Smart move, Joe! I feel like excellent customer service is very rare in the world we live in but Joe absolutely nailed it! He was very humble in asking for us to leave him a review and didn't ask for a "5-star review" just "1-5 stars, depending on how we thought he did." Well Joe, we're giving you a "5-star review" because you absolutely deserve it and a "10-star review" isn't an option. The cameras are great too. We were verbally quoted one amount but the work quoted (concealing wires and installing an outlet behind the tv) was not able to be completed due to the way our wall was constructe - not his fault. However he charged us the same amount. When we challenged the amount he said he quoted us a higher amount and did reduce it. We reviewed our video footage since he was on speaker phone and that was completely false. So just beware of that.

Claim was placed with this company & Mindy jumped on immediately. She followed thru each day with what, when & where they were setting up & rep that came out was wonderful. Very detailed in explaining every step in diagnostics to my husband & myself. She stayed on top of everything with Assurion & was so great in explaining steps they were resolving to get problem fixed or proper feedback expedited to Assurion, which is sometimes a nightmare dealing with the Philippines. In any event, our $3200 purchase couldn't be repaired, but we are happy that we had a company with individuals that cared about Customer Care...that's why we always get Protection Plans on all appliances, large home purchase items.
