He did fix my phone screen and the turn around was fast; however, the work on 2 laptops belonging to my husband hasn't worked out so well. We know he has been sick; however, we would just appreciate an acknowledgement that he still has one of our laptops and the charges have already been paid. He required full payment up front, so that is what we did. The work he did on my husband's first laptop cannot be "recognized" by the laptop, so $250 down the drain. Thought it was odd, but my son didn't mind so whatever. Fast forward a month or two and the phone completely stops turning on. I have a professional background in repairing Apple devices so I decided to just fix it myself when I got the time. Well, I finally got a chance to open it up and as soon as I did, two tiny screws fell out. I assume those go to the home button assembly, as the assembly and home button are completely loose and the only thing holding that in is the frame of the phone. Less important but still notable - the frame was also missing one of the bottom screws. Upon further inspection, the battery cable was not completely attached which explains why it wouldn't turn on at all. It was also missing the plate that goes over the battery cable. I reconnected the battery completely and was able to get it to boot up but now it's stuck in a boot loop. I have never seen such sloppy work and can't believe they thought it appropriate to charge for such work. I feel extremely ripped off.
