I am so technically challenged and they not only helped me purchase a phone, but they helped me turn some weird settings off, taught me how to use some apps and helped me with a kindle! They are so respectful and never make you feel bad for not knowing how to do basic stuff. I truly appreciate and trust them! read more

I never leave reviews. Nice enough people...went there as a specific choice to buy local rather than go to the Assurion affiliated behemoth. It may have been a mistake. I'm 57 and never had to replace a screen. I dropped my phone, screen broke...had to do it. Such is life. They fixed it, more expensive than the franchise place but it was my choice...all good. 11 days later my screen is cracked...I didn't drop it, didn't put the phone in any condition or environment that was in any way out of the ordinary....genuinely...on my kids...no lie. Just as it was before being fixed, my phone resides on an Otter box. I am at a friend's house...I set my phone down...pick it up an hour or so later and it's cracked. Does something rub up against it? Probably...maybe. Can't be sure. But there was zero stress put on the back or front of the phone. It was in my pocket, in the car and in this person's house. When I came back and explained my situation, the best they could do was instead of paying the $188 I paid originally, I paid $150. On the one hand, I get it. The warranty not covering physical damage makes sense. People are nuts, people are irresponsible, etc. But I got zero vibe, feeling, sense that my take mattered. I didn't ask for it but was thinking...if I'm the business owner, maybe I throw in a scree protector at not charge. A minimal...coupla bucks investment in a customer that says on some small way...we get it...you just paid $188 for a replacement and 10 days later...inexplicably you're paying another $150....so...as a basic gesture of goodwill...here's the bare fu***ing minimum we can do to display some level of service...and nope. Just a transaction. Gimme a GD reason to pay more to shop local next time. Your shortsightedness cost you not just a customer but probably 8-10 customers if basic marketing principles hold. Shop local - please...for everything you can. Your dollar, when spent locally serves the business and your community 10x vs what comes from shopping at a chain. However...if you need a mobile phone repaired...there is no benefit to shopping local. Why? Because they know they have you. They know you are captive to your phone. Really. They're right. We are. No argument. Go to the behemoth. Go to the chain if you need your phone fixed. These guys are no better. They know you will do whatever to get your phone back. They clearly use inferior quality product. And I feel for them on some level...they are competing against massive volume that prices them out for many folks. Well, this is the rare occasion where the local place lost me. I won't say "don't shop here", etc...cause maybe my experience is just a one-off. And...also...F them. They had a shot at being decent and failed. read more

Pricing was over my budget. I was able to get my iPhone 13 screen replaced elsewhere for a little more than half of their quoted price.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional--true Southern hospitality from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to save my device, preventing me from having to buy a brand new one. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers. Highly recommend them to anyone needing any tech repairs done right the first time! read more

Timely and reasonably priced repairs on my Dell laptop, got my old back up laptop working again fine.

Very nice experience! I thought my iPad had a crack in the screen. This was the least expensive option. It was easy to find and it turned out there was a plastic screen saver. That was what was cracked! read more

My phone was intermittently charging. I thought it needed a new charging port but it turned out to be just a little piece of plastic blocking the charging port. It was removed in 5 seconds. It was done efficiently and with a smile, and at no charge. read more

These guys are honest and great help when you need it. My phone fell in our pool and they dried it out for me for free.

My daughter took her phone in to have a phone screen replaced. We had a very similar situation as another poster. The screen that was installed was $150.00 with a warranty. The screen was not of good quality. It made seeing things very difficult on the phone. That night her phone stopped charging. I have time stamped information that my daughter sent me stating her phone was now not working properly. She had the phone fixed on Saturday and Monday a new crack came out of nowhere- under the existing screen. At that point her phone stopped working all together. She then took it to an Apple store to have it looked at and fixed. $400.00 charge to fix it. Apple stated that the first install was not done properly. They did a "test" and the screen did not pass the install assessment. We called to dispute the charges, and the employee was very kind trying to resolve the situation. The manager, however, was not. We are out the $150.00. Please do not go to this establishment, especially if you are younger as I feel they take advantage of students (who are already broke). They do not stand behind their product, and their said warranty means nothing! BEWARE!!! Go elsewhere! (Read a post below this one... another one-star review. The gentleman had the same exact experience. That cannot be a coincidence. read more

Noel was great. Replaced my iPhone 13 battery at a very reasonable price within about an hour and works great. I have also had a couple of screens replaced here in the past and very happy with their services. Great place to go for phone repairs. read more

Most honest place to get your phone looked at. Inspected my phone, cleaned and tested it and told me I didn't need further repairs. Thought about getting my screen scratch repaired but the tech convinced me it wasn't worth it for such a small blemish. read more

These guys have fixed the back of my iPhone 14 Max twice, (and unfortunately about to be a third time ). I am constantly dropping my phone and with the back of my phone being glass, it shatters... a LOT! These guys are AMAZING! They always do an amazing job and I wouldn't trust my phone with anyone else. Their customer service is always top notch as well. I hate that I have to go back to them so often, due to my own negligence, but I'm grateful they are in the business. read more

These rave reviews are legitimate. Noel is probably one of the most honest business owners you will ever meet. I've been here 3 times and each time I was given no BS and zero upselling. The technicians are knowledgable, polite, and always upfront with you. They fix more than just cellphones so if you have any gadgets, devices, even small appliances you need looked at, Phone Tech is the place to go. read more

I googled xbox repair. I messaged this company and got a replay saying to bring in the xbox and we can look at it together. Great! Get there and was told they don't repair xboxs. If who ever is responding to messages doesn't know what an xbox is or can't even simply google it to find out what it is then there's something wrong. We waisted our time going here expecting a service that isn't even provided. read more

I have used this business several times (3kids, multiple devices) and they are my absolute go to for any problems with phones, iPads etc. They are so very honest, kind, and excellent at their craft. They have brought soaked phones back to life and fixed screens to look beautiful. Not only are they very good at what they do, they also are willing to give advice, and it's always spot on. I can't recommend this company enough. You can rest, assured that you are in good hands with honest people if you choose to use this company. read more

I used Phone Tech to replace a cracked screen on a Razr. They used an OEM part, and it worked perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, from getting the quote to the day picking up the repaired phone. And during my initial visit, I overheard them handling an issue for another customer that was in the store when I went in. I was amazed at the level of customer service they were giving the other customer, and it was partly what made me decide to go with them for my repair. read more

Great service and great price for a replacement battery for iPhone I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a similar service

Took my IPad Pro 5th gen for screen repair. Very nice, great conversation. Gave me a good fair price for the repair. When the owner calls me to tell me it's ready for pick up, he informs me that it's also cheaper than the original price. He found another way that was substantially cheaper. $120 cheaper. In this time that we're in with inflation so high for a small company to offer & do this blew my mind. I would have known know better but he went the extra mile on his own accord for his customer (me) This business deserves a 10 star review but I can only give a five! read more

You would have to climb into a Time Machine and go back 74 years to an era where your word was your bond. A hand shake sealed the deal. That is what happens when you do business with Noel at Phone Tech. I have been coming back for four years now an he always delivers with quality work on your electronic devices at a fair price just like the days of yesteryear. So go ahead drop your device with confidence knowing he can repair it to factory specifications in most cases within hours. I am proud to give him his second five star review like the 73 that post with me. I will be seeing again tomorrow to repair the front and back of my cell phone. Joaquin. read more

These guys are great. They have been able to accommodate any type of request that I have had from new phones to repairs to advice. Stopped in there looking for an obscure connecting cord and they were very nice and professional to deal with. I had a positive experience there so next time I destroy a screen or something, I won't hesitate to go back to Phone Tech! read more
