With the assistance that Marcus provided me, my entire view on their customer service has changed. He immediately offered to help while also making fantastic accessory recommendations. Our entire visit at his location was so delightful! Marcus made both me and my boyfriend laugh while also meeting our needs. Though our experience was great I started to run into some issues with my new phone shortly after leaving his store. I immediately started to panic but was in SUCH good hands. I was able to text Marcus and he advised me he would be happy to assist once he finished up helping his immediate customers. Not to mention he was working all by himself. After a short time passed he called me and was able to provide me a walkthrough that was extremely seamless. Unfortunately the resolution for this issue was a new SIM card which would've required an additional visit to his store.
