I walked in with my iPhone not charging. The owner helped me out and was upfront with pricing. He didn't even charge me after diagnosis. I will be going back soon to get my charger replaced. read more

I brought my daughter's iPhone 13 to this shop for a battery replacement, and during the repair they damaged the phone. After the battery replacement, the phone no longer gets any T-Mobile service at all. When I brought this up, they told me that this "can happen" and refused to take responsibility. If a business damages a customer's phone while performing a repair, they should stand behind their work and make it right. Their mistake ended up costing me time and money. Very disappointing experience, and I will never use their services again. read more

I love to do a shout out for a local business when they've done a good job, and TheiPhone911 has done that for me many times. They have BP been my GoTo for phone repair, Apple Watch repair, and phone upgrades. Their prices are good, their service is fast and friendly. Happy to work with them every time. PS be sure to check in on Yelp for a screen protector! read more

Iphone911 to the rescue w excellent service from Caleb - a techie with a heart! I'm new to Jax from Los Angeles and rely heavily on Yelp and Google reviews to find good services etc. Yelper reviews did not disappoint my trip to iphone911! After my most recent whirlwind trip from Jacksonville to Canada to Philadelphia then Los Angeles then Hawaii and back through Los Angeles to Austin to Atlanta to Jacksonville (thank you airlines for all your crazy flight cancellations by the way! *sarcasm*), a crack in my iPad 5th generation screen occurred somewhere along the path. I use my iPad for video conferencing especially while I travel, and it is my lifeline to my work as a therapist. I didn't want to replace my iPad unnecessarily and looked up different shops in the Jacksonville area who provide glass replacement. The staff at the iPhone 911 were really helpful over the phone, gave me a very reasonable quote, and were able to confirm that they had my parts in stock and could have my repair completed in about two hours. This is all despite losing power earlier in the day due to a storm coming through! I don't know about you, but having good service and kind staff who are also dealing with the stress of a power outage gave me a really good impression over the phone. I had called two other places who's quotes were either more expensive, grumpy staff, didn't have my parts in or would take too long to repair. Iphone911 to the rescue! I hopped in my car and got connected to Caleb who took good care of me. Within less than the time I was quoted, Caleb had my iPad ready and in good shape. He also paid attention to me as a customer noticing that I had come from Los Angeles. He was originally from Santa Monica and we had a great convo about our mutual visits to Southern California. A techie w a heart and people skills? Fantastic! Needless to say my iPad is now fixed, in excellent condition, and I'm so grateful that $100 to repair was so much less expensive than going to the Apple store or purchasing a replacement. You must try them when you need help with your iPhone or ipad repair. They are the best! Thanks iPhone911!!! read more

I will try to make this short, but I have to share how I found out about this wonderful Phone repair shop. Ernie and I had breakfast at Open Grille Cafe on Beach Blvd. The Owner's grandson told me about this place. He heard me say that I could not take pictures of my breakfast. He called them and inquired to see if they fixed cameras on iPhones. The man said, "yes". So Ernie and I both took our iPhones right away. We both had dropped our IPhones the same week and cameras broke. We walked in and the first thing I see is "Yelp" signs everywhere. YES! Upon checking in, "FREE SCREEN". I already had one, so they put one on Ernie's iPhone. Between the two of us, they had both of our IPhone Cameras fixed and out the door in thirty minutes. Now, the highlight: Kaleb and Kevin were helping multiple customers, fixing phones, answering the phones of the business, and they were so kind and helpful! I would come back here anytime and refer anyone I know-to come here to have their phones repaired with integrity and professionalism! Thank you. PS-I've been waiting for weeks to get an appointment at The Apple Store to get our phones repaired-to no avail. read more

Edward really helped me out with one of my older iPhones. Couple of the ports on the motherboard kept messing up when I was trying to repair it myself and so I found these guys and brought it in and they fixed it for cheap. Still had some issues later on and brought it in again and they fixed it for free. Got every repair done quick and easy. Great repair shop, highly recommend. read more

Disappointing. Was quoted a $40 price online, after going to the store to complete the work the price increased by $140 without being communicated. I asked why the price change wasn't communicated before the work was completed, they said it was communicated several times but I was probably too distracted by my child to have heard. After the owner commented: You were not present either. My issue is about poor communication and doubling down with all onus being on the customer and no responsibility for the company. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to drive to the shop and wait for the work to be reversed in order to get a refund. read more

I needed a new iPhone battery, so I gave them a try. I walked in and was assisted right away. They were attentive, professional, and honest. They didn't try to upcharge me on anything (like some places might) They fixed my phone in 10-15 minutes and charged a very fair price. Would definitely recommend this business! read more

Wow this is the only business I have seen with a 5-star rating. The reviews are legitimate. I happened to be the only customer at the time and I was in and out with a new phone battery in 15 minutes. Much better value than batteries/bulbs place, and I appreciate they did not ask me for the passcode, like batteries/bulbs did. It's just hardware so nobody should be asking for your passcode. read more

The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. There's a small, serene tree on the counter. I like to look at it. The chairs are brown, smooth, and firm. I can briefly rest in them. :) The team members there are willing, cooperative, and polite. I was supposed to be getting a recycled iPhone from my former supervisor but he had a lot of excuses as to why he did not have the phone for me. I was missing a lot of important phone appointments and I could not make deliveries for work due to my phone problems. I was feeling stressed out and interacting with my former supervisor (MLS) was not helping to relieve it, but I felt such a peace when I came to iPhone911. :) Team members were more than willing to help me with whatever I did not understand, and they did operations for me. A team member transferred all my contacts! I like it here. Go here guys! read more

Walked into IPhone 911 at 545 pm on a Friday, just knowing they would turn me around as I would be ready to close up shop for the night. I had no choice but to try as my phone decided it wanted to completely die for good. Not the case though, the guy (apologies for not getting his name) was very nice and told me he would have it ready in a few minutes. Not only was I good to go within less than 10minutes but he didn't like the test of a brand new battery and gave me a slightly used one with $10 off. The service also comes with a 90 day warranty so if any problems just bring it in. Win, win! read more

Shattered my iPhone today they were open til 6pm. They fixed my phone in like 20 minutes. Even knocked off 10$ off the original quote. Honest business I've been here in the past for minor fixes and they never charged me. I knew where I was going after my phone shattered today. They took care of me and the price was fair. If you want honest work go here. They are up front and do not change prices without discussing the issues first. They do not try to up-sell anything or make it sound worse than it really is. I will go here for all my phone and iPad problems. read more

My pixel 3 had a cracked screen. Dropped it off and an hour later it it was back to new. I highly recommend this place. The people are great, the work is excellent and the price is reasonable. read more

I highly recommend this store for all of your iPhone repairs and needs. They were very friendly and provided wonderful service!

Cracked my screen. Nothing comes up on the display screen. All blank. These guys fixed my phone in less than five minutes at a very good price. Don't waste time with all these other places. Get it done and get out!! Great job!! read more

Once again, my children cracked the screen of my iPad. Rather than paying almost retail value of the iPad for repair at the Apple Store, I called around and found this establishment offered the best price. The staff was friendly and helpful, and in a reasonably short time they had my iPad looking like new. Check in with social media for special offers: I got a 10% discount. read more

They were very upfront about the cost of the service and didn't even need to OPCHECK the phone since they knew what to do. Service took less than 15 minutes (no appointment, while you wait) and they were prepared to stay late to complete the service if I arrived late to drop the phone off (after giving them a heads up I was coming closer to closing time). Would definitely go back to this place for any MAC repairs. THANK YOU!!! P.S. They also offer a 10% military discount and I completely forget my military ID, but they understood and accepted my spouse's dependent ID and even a USAA debit/credit card. read more

Went here to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired yesterday. Took less than 10 minutes. Had just what I needed in stock ~ brand new or gently used. Good price. Great service. #2thumbsup read more

Brought laptop in because it wouldn't keep a charge. Got a call from service guy, said it was not the battery, so it may be the port. After ordering the part, 2days later i recieved a call that it wasn't that either. He said for sure its the mother board.1week later its repaired. I get home a laptop dies once unplugged. Went back to store and im told its the battery and they'll fix it in 1-2 days. I spent $300 for the mother board. This service was unacceptable, i won't return. read more

It is refreshing to find a business that not only knows what they are doing, are local and ethical! Not only was my phone screen shattered, but I had cracked my tablet to the degree of not being able to open past my password. I have gone to them before and they always treat me with honesty, integrity and fair pricing. And they repair to brand new! Thank you so much. I took a bunch of cards and I always recommend them to anyone with electronic issues. Forget about the big box store that will remain nameless, head on over to TheIphone911 store. Service is efficient, honest, quick and affordable. Not that I want to see them again anytime soon, (lol) but I will always seek them first. read more

After I dropped and shattered my iPhone trying to multitask, i.e, making breakfast, holding my little princess, and talking on the phone I walked in here and I was finished in 15 minutes. They warranty their work and were extremely fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. read more

Came in based on a referral from a friend for my broken iPhone 6. As soon as I walked in they were incredibly friendly and told me 15 minutes! I was shocked. They even included the additional tempered glass free of charge and gave me a military discount. I trusted the guy who referred me and He pointed me in the right direction!! Way better than Apple. No wait. No dealing with bs T-Mobile and their customer service is excellent. Definitely recommend! read more

TheiPhone911 has been my go-to, one-stop-shop for all things tech related. Every member of their team is very knowledgeable about all things both Apple and Android, are more than happy to give me a run down of all of my options whenever I smash my phone or my laptop starts operating slowly, and they're happy to answer questions! They source quality parts, take good care in their work, and their prices are unbeatable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Stopped here this morning after looking for some place to take my son's iPad to have checked out. Decided to stop here because I was going to be in the area and had read numerous good reviews online about them. I walked in and was greeted promptly. The gentleman took a look and tried several things but turned out that it would be a costly repair which could only be done by Apple. With the iPad being 4 years old, just wasn't worth it. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what would need to be done to fix it. I ended up purchasing a new iPad and hope I don't need to return to see them anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely give them my business. Honesty and integrity here which goes a long way with me. read more

The charging cable and earbuds wouldn't stay connected in the port of my iPhone 7. Victor inspected my phone and with a tiny tweezers, pulled a clump of lint out of my port...problem fixed.!
