I'm so perplexed about what went wrong with this clean out. I think the corporate level is…read moredisconnected from the local guys who do the sales and cleaning because this job got messed up. We were quoted $7000 which was the middle quote of three companies I interviewed. For $7k I was expecting a meticulous cleanout from top to bottom but one and a half days into the job, they thought they were finished. I thought there would be a team of people cleaning for four days but it was just one tragic guy who I pitied it was so much work. After a discussion with corporate and an exchange of photos, guy number two shows up and cleans for only one day. Again, the job isn't finished but corporate and guy number two thinks it is. I send picks of the bathroom that didn't get touched but was included in contract and a massive amount of stuff under the master bed I mean it was crammed full of debris and filth! And refrigerator shelving that had been removed but not cleaned. Details I thought I wouldn't have to worry about. So now Guy three finished the job and we are worn down and just want it to end so we pay after they deducted the cost of a vacuum cleaner that went missing. So, I think the sales guy over sold and co tract was vague. I hope to never be in a situation where I need to use this type of service but I was impressed with the accounting department and good documentation on why some drawers were disposed of.
