Our home now has several internet users and I…read morework from home until further notice - the wifi just wasn't cutting it and wifi extenders and mesh systems weren't delivering quality internet to all corners of the house. Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

After months of frustration trying to update my home theatre system with new components purchased from Best Buy and installed by their "Geek Squad" I finally found Precise Audio. Chris, the owner, scheduled his team to come out and rescue this 82 year old former whiz Heathkit builder how to properly wire it. Two unbelievably knowledgeable techs showed up, asked a few questions, and had my total system working just perfectly in 1.5 hours. They also left written detailed notes on using the system because they just knew I was lying when I said I would remember all that they said when the door closed behind them. We moved to the area only a few weeks ago and have had many vendors in. What set Precise Audio and Chris and his team apart is the respect they showed to us and to our home. As we interacted with them on more than one visit it became easy to see this respect was a reflection of their personal values. Add to that their technical expertise and ability to translate what you would like done into the appropriate solution and there is no other company on their level in this business. Our home was wired for sound in multiple rooms but only the wires were left behind resulting in there being no way to use the speakers in the ceilings. Receive a call from my bank that someone tried to transfer $2500 out of one of my accounts. Made a call to My Computer Man he was here in last then 4 hours and within 10 min. he found I had been hacked and someone else had control of computer, my accounts, my e-mail, all my passwords. The hack job was due to a stupid thing I did. Ninety minutes later Kevin had me back in control, passwords changed on all major accounts, and receiving all my new and old e-mails.
