Staff here was extremely professional and helpful for me in a very difficult time. I would go back to get my iPhone repaired for sure. They even threw in a screen protector at no cost because I couldn't get my company card to work. I was gonna call the bank and get it straightened out, but the guy was like, "don't worry about it we will take care of you. ". It was the dude from Ireland. I just really appreciate it. read more

I was quoted one price on the phone and said that the initial 60 would come out the overall price. Well after returning to pick up my kids PS5 I was then charged an extra 167.00. I will not be returning and I advise you to do the same. I could got it fixed for a lot cheaper than 200 plus dollars. Should have listened to reviews, on top of that I was told when I dropped it off that they did military discounts. When I asked the guy looked at me like I was crazy. Avoid at all costs especially military personnel unless you want to get scammed as well. read more

Went in for a simple thermal paste replacement because I was too busy to do it my self and source the equipment which was successful and completely fixed the overheating issue Butttttt (with a capital B) they forgot to plug the LED wire back in which resulted in months of my ps5 not having functioning LEDs. I finally got around to buying the dumb star drill bit and fixing it my self but it could have been easily avoided for sure by them turning it on and testing it. Also they tried to tell me that my HDMI port was broken and wanted around $80 to fix it (8 or so months later its completely functional never had a problem with it) I could have brought it back for them to fix it assumingely for free but I'm a hour out and I ain't got no time for that. This is why I do my own repairs a 50 year old divorced tech dude on YouTube is a-lot more efficient, cheap, and helpful than any chain repair store by far. 2/5 never again. read more

ATTENTION Asurion customer!!!! On June 13, 2025, I visited uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair located at 16 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL, to have my phone screen repaired. Since I have insurance, the repair was supposed to be free. I arrived at 12:00 PM and explained to the salesperson that I needed my screen fixed. They informed me that my phone would be ready by 6:00 PM. I mentioned that I live an hour away and have to be at work by 6:00 PM, which is another 45 minutes from my home. The salesperson then offered me the option to pay $30 to skip the queue. I called Stacey, who works at the local AT&T with my frustrations, and he offered to refund me the money. I decided to go ahead and pay the $30, but then the salesperson clarified that this fee was part of a monthly repair plan. For $30 a month, they would repair any electronic that I had for a minimum of $100 and up; I was advised that I could only pay for this plan using a debit or credit card or I could pay a flat fee of $80, which was separate from the repair contract. I accepted the $30 monthly plan. I was told that my phone would be ready in 30 minutes. I left UBreakiFix at 12:05 PM and returned at 1:55 PM, only to find that I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my phone to calibrate. According to the reviews on their website, if you are an Asurion customer, this is a normal tactic. read more

Friendly overall and my problem did get resolved, though I definitely have complaints. No complaints with diagnosing the issue and part shipping delays. The loaner phone I was given was somewhat problematic, but it got me by. Communication was a dice roll. Some days I could get an answer in just a few minutes, other times I went on hold for 30 minutes and had the call end, followed by another 30 minutes of no one being able to answer my questions. Everyone was relatively friendly, though the clerk at pick-up acted a bit snobby when I was asking a few questions. However, when I went to pick up my device, I was greeted with no SIM tray. This was my daily driver phone, so of course it had a SIM tray when I entrusted the device to them. The device has been disabled for over a week since I picked it up because there's no tray AND I no longer have the loaner. They arranged for one to be delivered to my house, though after waiting for a whole week, I simply bought my own replacement online which arrived 36 hours after ordering it. Even having it shipped to their shop then to me should not take this long. Also, the top speaker on my device now rattles when above 50% volume. It didn't do it before, but honestly, I can't be bothered to wait another week for someone to even look at it even with the 90-day 'coverage'. I'll take care of it myself. I need a phone to operate day-to-day, which apparently no one is aware of. Finally, I had basically no reassurance that the data on the device would be properly disposed of. Some vague promise about "it'll be wiped at the factory" is simply not good enough when you have a customer's data on a board. I've learned that, from this experience, no one cares about your time. In the current year, approaching nearly a month for a phone repair to truly be completed is absolutely unacceptable. Two weeks is already approaching the threshold, but failing to return my SIM tray (or not admitting that they broke/lost it) is insane. Never bothering with this nonsense again. read more

My repair was said to take only 4 hours, but then it was completed the next morning. I realize that I said I might not be there by the end of the day, but it is more of an under promise, over deliver type thing. Then the tech attempted to sell me the $20/month plan not once, but TWICE and when I turned him down the second time, he continued to push to ask why. A little too high pressure for my liking. Then when receiving the product, it was dirty as there were sticky pieces of glass on the back. I mean how hard is it (with the extra time) to clean off the back of the product I brought in for repair. read more

The uBreakiFix Orange Park location intentionally damaged our $500 micro PC and $300 hoverboard to charge more for repair, but told on themselves because I had asked for a quote to upgrade not repair, both were running fine before we took it in, the PC was definitely not shorted out from water damage, got the diagnostic logs from the previous repair shop Compuzone Inc in Northwoods Charleston and even brought it to them again after and they agreed the PC had been intentionally damaged. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M74LlnBuxM read more

I took my Iphone 12 to get fixed, The screen had a small crack that stopped half the screen from working. They were quick but the screen is not working too well, Like its not responding as good as usual, When I pressed on the screen it like looked like there was tension where the old crack was, Like I was pushing on the screen too hard but was not. I go to use it today (a week later), The screen wont even work. Like my screen is black, I know the phone is not dead because when I use the side button to mute notifications or plug it in it vibrates. I am extremely upset especially since I have to wait two days to get it looked at again after I already paid $200. Now I have to risk missing calls from the colleges I applied to and also jobs. Great. read more

AT&T sent me to thing store for my phone to be fix. I wasn't allowed into the store when I arrived which is very understandable, but the staff at the time allowed another customer to wait for their phone be repaired while I wait outside with others who also had appointment. After calling to see how I was supposed to drop my phone off I was then helped. Also I was not called to be notified when my phone was finished. I specifically told the employee that I needed to be called because I was not from the area. I didnt appreciate the very poor service that was happing in the front part of store. read more

the clerk at the front desk only eyeballed the device and said random nonsense very obviously unrelated to the issue and said that it would cost $40 just to take it to the back and look at it properly read more

AVOID** AVOID**AVOID **AVOID*** AVOID** AVOID** AVOID**AVOID These people will do nothing but waste your time, lie to you, piss you off and then add fraudulent charges that they never discussed with you. I had the misfortune of going to this scam store yesterday to get a screen replaced. They assured me that my phone would be ready in an hour and a half so, I drive out to Middleburgh for lunch and then came back to this scam store. Naturally, it wasn't ready and nor had they even started it. David comes out to inform me after I had already been waiting 30 mins to tell that the screen was defective and he was going to get one of the " more experienced workers" to work on my screen replacement. Thirty mins later David comes to inform me that the second part was defective as well but they could get a part sent to the store and I could return again tomorrow. I informed David that they have wasted enough of my time and I have zero desire to come back to this store. I check my account today and these losers fraudulently signed me up for a monthly recurring protection plan that was never discussed with me and I surly didn't agree to this charge or would never have signed up for something like this. These losers will will commit fraud by signing you up for a service so check your bank statements. These people are complete crooks and if they will sign you up for something without your consent I can only imagine what stuff they are planting in my phone to grab sensitive material to scam me out of more money. I had a great experience with this location and sales manager. Would definitely recommend!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE!!! tech came out to repair my phone and installed the screen incorrectly along with installing the liquid glass over the plastic film that comes on the new screen and after a week the screen is broken and somehow they claim they are not responsible for repairing what I paid them to fix in the first place. absolute garbage. -5 stars read more

Oh, where do I begin!! It should have been a BIG red flag when I make an appointment to drop off my laptop and have to wait in line 45 minutes while customer service takes others before me. I advised I had an appointment but was told these people were in line first. Ok, so I had also received a $25 coupon as a new customer-well guess what? I'm told this location does not accept uBreakiFix coupons because they are a franchise. So that was a bust. Then I'm told if I take out this Asurion plan for $25, it will lower the cost of my repair. Now keep in mind this laptop is a DELL and not a year old. They call and tell me I need a new hard drive and it will be over $200+ to repair. Said the hard drive is not that expensive, it's the labor. I called Asurion regarding the repair and guess what??? Yep, I was told that I can't make a claim for at least 30 days after the policy is taken out. I was never told any of this at the time of drop-off. I explained I was not advised of this. The CSR told me this should have been explained to me when I took out policy/plan. She also asked about the paperwork I received from uBreakiFix. Didn't receive any. Well, I go to pick up my laptop and I feel like I have been taken advantage of all of the way around. I told him about calling Asurion and he has the nerve to say, WHY? I was sooooooooooooooooooo angry about this entire experience!! In closing, run not walk from this establishment!!! read more

Great service. Replaced the screen on my Google pixel 4a5g and looks awesome! No one else in town had the screen so it was awesome that I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday and get it back within 2 hours. David was awesome, explained everything and took his time to make sure I understood everything that were doing to my phone. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their phone repaired! read more

Needed to upgrade the hard disk on my MacBook Pro, and could not be more happy with the experience. It's like I have a brand new computer! Sean (or Shawn - sorry, not sure of spelling) was thorough, called me to let me know it was ready, and also said he'd be happy to clone my old drive to the new one so I wouldn't have to reinstall from my Time Machine backup. What a timesaver! Thanks to the team for making the process so fantastic! read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Told me they could give me a free diagnostic test and would have an answer for me within 48 hours . After more than 72 hours , I had to call them myself to ask about the status of my ps4 . They told me they had more devices infront of mine . After another 24-48 hours (March 16th) they called me back informing me that it was just a simple hard drive that needed to be replace . Told them to go ahead and fix it for $180 ( they offered to clean it for an additional $100... outrageously overpriced) . THEN I get another call saying they didn't have the part . They had to order the part and it would take 3-5 business days to get there. After days go by, I call again on the 5th business day ( even though they are open 7days a week) , they inform me they still do not have the part and have not even started yet . My ps4 has just been sitting there for almost two weeks . Very unprofessional for a business that is open everyday of the week . Very Poor customer service . Do not recommend this company. Overpriced and poor service. read more
