It wasn't horrible; however I wasn't to leave and not go back. Hubby convinced me to return. I agreed only 10 minutes then we were out! What a pleasant surprise! The two young ladies were very attentive! They listened to our concerns and offered solutions as well as the best packages to fit our needs. We ended up with two new devices and felt more confident with the entire transactions. We will do business again with them! Kudos for the excellent staffers! A job well done!!!

I would not have ordered if i knew they were not going to stand by accepted online order. I just want to gett out of this sorry I even signed up. They breached the contract based on confirmed order I have..... no customer service, on hold for ever. no one will admit their computer made mistake (they actually changed the plan after i placed my order) I was told on 18 Dec 2025.

They kept upping my mobile bill by increments of $10 to $12 and $15 every few months. For one line I was now paying about $80, for nothing special. As a teacher, they gave me a whopping $5 discount. The latest insult in a long line of tolerated insults was to tell me that if I let them have access for auto pay to my banking account (and not through my credit card) they would give me an additional $10 off if I also included paperless billing too. Reluctantly I did do this; I should have listened to my gut. After signing up for this and then getting my next bill which was only $10 off the engorged rate I had been paying, versus what it should have been - almost halfing my bill (with the other discounts they had promised)-I called them and like they've told me many times before, they had no notations about my last 3-hour phone call to them when this deal was approved by their representative!!! . I'm so tired of the representatives telling me anything they can to appease me and then never putting the order through. No more. So I fired them and went to another carrier and got the exact pricing I had asked AT&T for. Here is the final caveat: when I canceled them, and they sent the code so that I could move my phone to the new carrier, they completely automatically wiped my account away - out of everything with AT&T like I had never been with them. And so, I could not delete my auto pay! Tip for future enders-- When you call AT&T after you cancel with them, their AI pretends they don't know you and have never heard of you and they will not let you ever talk to a live person. SAME WITH THEIR APP! SO CANCEL YOUR AUTO PAYS BEFORE YOU QUIT THEM. WHAT A NASTY COMPANY!
