I had Spectrum when I first moved into my Integra Woods apartment in Palm Coast. I work remotely and within the first month or 2 there were several outages, one lasting the entire day. This caused me to lose hundreds of dollars. When I called I was told they don't guarantee service and offered me $4. When I pushed back they offered $13. I ordered a mobile internet box with Verizon but it came late which was a few days after my billing cycle. Ergo, I was charged for a whole month which was close to $200. The complex has since raised our rent $80 for bulk Spectrum service. I can't afford both and I wasn't given a choice so I'm using Spectrum again. I had hoped they upgraded their service but to my dismay it seems worse, perhaps because the entire complex is using it. I can't even enjoy TV on my time off due to constant lag and buffering, I'm constantly having issues with my work....these people make enough to fix the issue but there's not many other options in this area so I guess they don't have to. read more

i dont even have Spectrum and I've been affected by their piss poor service. They ,without notice came on my property ( homeowner) and left a garish orange electric cord across my lawn, had I not come out to check the mail I wouldn't have known who left it because they leave nothing saying it was them. 2 weeks later around 534pm I hear some noise outside of my house, some guys are digging up my front lawn. Again no notice, nothing saying who it was. So if they break something, which they did, I would have no idea who or what happened. I tried to talk to the workers, none of them speak ENGLISH WTF. I was convinced to switch my AT&T Internet and DIRECTV stream to spectrum. The spectrum box is the worst tech I've had to deal with in a decade! Today I found out to cancel. I have to call on one specific day a month and I need to call at opening or I won't get to talk to a representative and then I'll get charged for another month. The agent failed to put in my correct phone number when I opened my internet purchase. I mean, I offered to write it down so there would be no mistake. Nope. So for the fourth time I told it to him. It was incorrectly put in. I was unable to access my account because this agent was incompetent. Also, the first modem we got didn't work right so we had to get a new one. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The billing process is frustrating, as my bill has been sent to the wrong address more than once, and the statements contained errors. On top of that, I was charged additional fees that were not explained clearly. When I reached out for support, the customer service was unhelpful and did not resolve my concerns. The internet goes out frequently too. I hope the company can improve its communication and billing accuracy to prevent this from happening to others. On a Saturday afternoon, they have 3 reps working with a store full of people. I have been sitting here for 40 minutes, and have moved from place #7 to #6. I'm only here to pick up equipment. In and out. Did everything online. The rest of these people are for cell phone issues. This is horrible! They need to implement an online order pickup area, where those of us who took the time and did everything online beforehand don't have to waste time! read more

Much better service than Directv. Spectrum's installers are company installers and not independent contractors. They are endured and bonded. The same service that I was paying for Directv and Spectrum for TV, internet and landline service is now bundled under one Spectrum bill and saving me $200 per month. The installation of new lines went pretty smoothly. read more

horrible frauds! they jacked up our fees, never told us, took money from our credit card for these jacked up fees without our consent, when we tried to cancel for this they refused to pro rate the month and let us cancel, after they said they would, very very rude "supervisors"; cannot access online account without a code only spectrum knows and it can only be seen on the statements, but one cannot see the statements unless you can get onto the online account! so the catch 22 is they bill you and up charge you whenever they want and never tell you and then when you figure it our by your credit card bill and try to dispute it, they repeatedly say to read your bill (which one cannot access). go somewhere else is my advice! wow talk about less than no customer service! read more
