Kudos to Spectrum for working tirelessly to solve a problem with my service in record time. One of my neighbors decided to get AT&T and because I live in Florida, and because they bury our cables underground AT&T cut my Spectrum cable. I called Spectrum and they immediately came out, confirmed that my cable was cut and tried their very best to put a Band-Aid on the problem until someone could come out and run permanent cable. Sadly, the Band-Aid did not work and within five minutes of my technician leaving my cable was out again. I called and Spectrum sent someone out this morning. And in two hours. My cable was back on. Cable companies get a bad rap for a variety of reasons. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that in the four years that I have had Spectrum, this was my first call to them, and despite it not being their fault, they were amazing. read more

when we first moved to seminole woods ('the ugly, red-headed section of palm coast'), spectrum was the only 'cable' service available in the area. gradually, others came in but spectrum remained. we were offered a promotion for transferring our mobile phone service to them, which was wonderful. it was the best cell phone service for our area. now that the year has passed, we will need to pay for the internet and the phone service separately. i am still investigating if we can save money another way. read more

I had a scheduled interview with a "Manager" to meet at the Service Tech address. Which has no public access, after 25 mins of walking around a locked building I opened my email, to find a "running late message" why email? I'm arriving at a job interview not playing on my phone. It was insanely cold since it was winter here. The manager was below standards. As we were leaving this locked service building another Interviewer was looking around for an entrance. Do you the manager stopped us from exiting to allow the young man to look lost. I had to stop the man and help him. Why set up interviews if you're only going to play games. The Sales Manager for the greater Daytona area is very unprofessional and disrespectful to his potential new hires. He needs to go read more

They charged me for an entire months service when we only used the service for 9 days. Spoke to two representatives, including Larry, who is a member of leadership team S&B billing, to no avail. The representatives were quite rude and refused to make any type of adjustments to the invoice. Would not recommended them to anyone. read more

I'm looking for the channel number on spectrum for TNT, NBA schedule and numbers to that channel TNT and NBC at Bay Are. As a senior citizen I find it very difficult to understand. I can't find the channels. I have the numbers where I need to go from my basketball football and I can't find what channel it's on and other than that it's complicated I think, especially for us older folks. read more

Dropped off equipment and I requested a receipt. For some reason, he was not able to give me a receipt and said I would get an email. Guess what, I never got an email and now I'm getting emails asking to return equipment. Get a receipt no matter what!! read more

I've been with spectrum since April 2023 The service was great till March or April 2024 then these outages started popping up all the time no wifi no anything I'm a paying a bill for your service and I barely get it I complain complain complain your charging me all this time when I barely get service. Hello, I have an internet connection service with this Spectrum Company that was supposed to be a $30 for the basic service, but every month this company keep taking a higher amount from my bank account, I have call in many occasions, to dispute this charges, but the problem isn't solve. This last Saturday July 20, I went to the store, located 1315 Cornerstone Blvd, at The Target Outlet, in Daytona Beach. I approached to a guy named Justin, to help with informacion about my account, he immediately refused to help me at all, replying that is nothing he can do, he doesn't ever bother, to check in the computer. I signed up for Spectrum internet when I first moved to Daytona. My bill was $49.99, after a year they increased to $64.99. When I tried to call to see if I was eligible for any discounts, they said no. Then recently they increased again to $84.99. I decided to switch internet providers and cancel Spectrum. When I told them this, now they want to give me a discount and bring my bill down to $54.99. Well - TOO LATE. I tried to cancel my service and they asked me a million questions and made me feel bad. I understand that you have a job to do and would like to keep retention but if I have to tell you five times I just want to cancel, don't keep me on the phone for 30 mins!! Spectrum on 1315 Cornerstone in Daytona Outlet Mall sold me a supposedly NEW $999.99 Samsung S24+ cell phone on Aug 3, 2024, within minutes of leaving store and placing my son's phone number in it as emergency number, I WAS HACKED and so was my son for $200, claiming I was in a horrible car wreck. BEWARE!! THEY RESTOCKED THAT PHONE right in front of me! actually I believe the rip off was an inside job with one of their shady employees. The phone was 386-523-8786. The Spectrum employee actually charged me restock fee on the corrupted phone (most likely so they could sell it again and perform the exact thievery). Funny how they guided us specifically to that corrupted compromised phone and encouraged a new phone number! Over at Cornerstone office if you want to get trapped, hacked, and identity theft and abused, I received death threats and threats to ruin my credit from that specific number two days later. The employees will happily, with a smile on their faces guide you to your future misfortunate events. The corporate office claimed they would replace our restock fee, in which they did for 24 hours; then commenced to take it back out of our bank account the next day. Then they refused to give the restock money back and proceeded to ask us if we wanted to start a new line! REALLY? WHAT A JOKE! That immediately told me they placed that HACKED PHONE AND NUMBER back on shelf for their next victim. I give this store a ZERO RATING very NEGATIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I reported this thievery to ORMOND AND DAYTONA BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENTS, THE FCC, HOMELAND SECURITY, FTC, ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES, FLORIDA STATES ATTORNEYS' OFFICE, (because the hackers have ALL my private information I provided to Spectrum), AND WFTV NEWS. The hackers continued to threaten me for money from that phone number that Spectrum supposedly turned off. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? I have been referred to attorneys that will settle this civil case and get our money back and fees related to Credit Protection Agency and mental anguish. I am in the process of a legitimate lawsuit against this Spectrum office, and each and every employee that was involved that day. They need to be responsible to fix this situation so nobody else gets hacked immediately from purchasing anything from this store! This should not have happened immediately from buying something and they lied about trying to make it good. I went to turn on my TV today and got nothing, power to the cable box but nothing else. Rebooted the box and when it got to L-8 it changed to E-8 which means error. Called customer service and the girl "Billie"( I think that was her name, she had a heavy accent and hard to understand) tried a few things but couldn't fix the problem and said I need a new box. She said she could send a tech out tomorrow at 6PM I said unacceptable. I pay over 200.00 a month and I want faster service that 28 hours later. The other option was for me to go to the local spectrum store (14 miles away, one way) and exchange the box, which is what I did even though I wasn't happy about it. Billie ended up ending the call because she couldn't fix the problem. Got the new box home, hooked it all up and still nothing. Called back customer service and the woman also tried a few things from her end and couldn't fix the problem. I even changed out the hdmi cable and still nothing. So now the next appointment for a tech is two days later and I'm missing my shows that I either watch or record. I wish I had another cable, internet and phone carrier to switch to, but the only other one is AT&T and they're worse. It took 4 weeks to get my Spectrum hooked up. In the meantime they tore up my yard and pavers. Each person that came out to correct the problems blamed it on the previous workman. To assuage me the salesperson offered me one month free which never happened. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
