Whole heartedly recommend Glory -- She's bright, competent, informed & articulate while being personable & affable. She led us through the Byzantine maze of "Verizon Speak" & endless options with seemingly effortless grace. I've not worked with others at this location so I can not speak to that. I would recommend to anyone considering Verizon in the Daytona Beach area make an appointment with Glory; she's is among the best with whom I've worked (in any industry). read more

I hate to even give them one star- been here multiple times for an issue they refuse to fix because they say it's asurions fault. Asurion says it's there fault. Both of them still take my monthly payment for a device that's been broken for almost a year!!!!!! read more

No rest room for customers. Had a simple question about cleaning. The charger port on I Phone. Was told to go to a repair shop. Was totally blown off by rude customer service check in guy. My wife had a question about her I Phone but she was told to go somewhere else. No help!! Looking for another service. read more

Shoutout to Tabari on how grateful I am with his help and patience. It took me a few days exiting out of my old carrier but, was able to do this with communicating and commitment. I am very happy with my new IPhone 16pro and yes we did a verbal waive my activation after approval from Mike. I was treated with respect and my receipt outlined in detail what my deposit payment, my first payment and my ongoing payment for the next 3 years. My first payment came due and was very pleased. Out of 30 years being a user having a number of carriers, this Verizon location is my 1st to call "dah best" ever so, keep up the good job! read more

Wasn't told about sone of the fees that I had to pay. Also i have a hard time understanding half of phones function

2nd time I have come here and they have been very helpful both times. Dimitri the Rep who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and extremely helpful. I had problems with my Samsung phone being locked but because I had brought in my tablet with the same google account on it he was able to reset it to factory lay out and put my tablet info back on the phone. I had thought all was lost but because of his knowledge I'm still able to use my phone. Thank you Dimitri. read more

Verizon Store at Tomoka town center, Daytona Beach Took my 87 year old Mother to this store to get a new charger cord for her 7 year old flip phone which was a challenge along with the charging port being shot...they offered a "swap out" ( they need to google the definition of "swap out"). Ended up purchasing a new flip phone and then they charged $30 to transfer 60 pics and 30 contacts. Paulo who did all the work was great and gets 5 stars. Brett the Manager, was arrogant, antagonistic and a jerk and gets 0 stars. Glad I'm a TMobile customer! read more

This is a very busy store but Samantha efficiently checks in all customers as they enter. When she saw that we had been waiting for a long time she took it upon herself to assist. She was very polite and helpful and got us out of there as quickly as possible. Cudos to Samantha, a real asset. read more

Rude, couldn't care less. Refused to give receipt for eqt return,,, will go elsewhere from now on

Came in to buy 3 iPhone 16. All the phones are bolted to the wall and you cannot hold or compare them. The sales person didn't know the difference in the phones and actually tried to look behind one of the ones bolted to the prison wall for which ones had the better cameras. There was no pricing on anything. Sales guy kept chewing on his name tag and wrapping the lanyard around his head. Have to go to the bathroom and the restaurant next door. Much better just to go to Apple or buy online and get the discounts. read more

MIKE IS THE COOLEST, MOST HELPFUL, BEST VERIZON EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER MET!!! He said he has been with the company for fifteen years.... I think he should own verizon. Whoever is his manager is the luckiest boss on earth. As a matter of fact I hope he IS the manager. Best screen protector applicator and how about that service and smile???? I have never had such a great time. Give this man a raise and a pat on the back. We love Mikey. From, Lillian and Sam P.S. Great music taste read more

If I could give no stars I would and this is coming from someone who doesn't write reviews but the Asian women that works at this location that's been with Verizon for 11 years had the nastiest customer service ever never addressed me with a smiled. She was very nasty about my situation which she flipped and made it seem like it was my fault for start my line online and not in person. She repeatedly raised her voice when speaking out my phone plan balance including which wasn't even posted for me to see very loudly every time she spoke about the issue she seemed very money hungry. Tbh she just had a nasty attitude about everything and she doesn't know how to speak to ppl unless ur about to get crazy on her. The worst phone company experience I've ever experienced tbh I wish she told me her name or wore a name tag cause I'd call corporate and report ts. But Verizon will not be getting no money outta me send ts to collection just terrible service overall. read more

I came in with some sim card problems the other day. Austin was a big help with that. Despite having some trouble with my account's security, he gave it his all and didn't send me away. Very helpful, and I'm grateful to have a working phone again. read more

I was in the stpre to buy my son who is in the army a new IPhone 13 with a waterproof case, after getting home we found out they gave us the case for a 12 which didn't fit, I returned to the store today 45 minutes each way and exchanged it for what they said was a waterproof otter case and after getting home my son looked it up and found out it wasn't waterproof. Then spent 2 hours on the phone, got hung up on etc.... read more

Went today, Staff member couldn't answer questions and was full of attitude when there were follow up questions to the memorized answers. No critical thinking skills. Save yourself some misery and go to a different location. read more

Hard to believe in 2023 that cell service is still so unreliable. Very poor service in this area. So many dead zones in port orange and new Smyrna is really annoying. I don't recommend Verizon if you live in this area. Going back to ATT. read more

I used to work there under Jerry Phillips and Bob Sexton, Chick, and Alice and debora. I love to be in the family! They are the best! Love you all! read more

This is the worst place ever! They cannot get anything right! Do not go here! Woman who helped with setting my family and my phone was distracted and didn't complete the process. She was rude and flippant. Went to get a mini tower and they couldn't activate it. Took them forever to get the messed up piece anyway. Will never go there again! Sad I gave them any of my time and money. read more

I came into this store a week after my father passed away with my Mom to help settle her account and get my father's part of the plan removed. I found the people to be extremely inconsiderate and rude with no respect for our situation. They were not helpful and even brought my poor mother near tears during this most difficult time. And the store manager hid while the sales person struggled to get nowhere. They should all be ashamed of themselves! And to top it off, once I left the store and called the company's main number, they were able to fix everything and keep the exact plan just removing my father's portion with no hassle! Something the guy in the store, and the lady he had to call on the phone, said couldn't be done. Don't go in this store if you expect compassion, decency or even a knowledgeable staff! read more

Crowded with slow service and simple items such as power charging cords out of stock. Worse, when I phoned them there was no answer. When I arrived at their location and mentioned the fact I was advised that their phone was out of order. Ain't that just great! read more

Verizon - Seattle Washington - Mobile Phones Near Me - Daytona Beach, Florida

Dealing with cell phone providers can be exhausting especially when you walk into a busy place like this store. Ever since I met Josh, my experience has gone from meh to WOW. He has consistently provided me with five star customer service on more than one occasion no matter how busy he was. I've been a Verizon customer for 10 yrs & almost switched but Josh really convinced me otherwise. Thanks!! read more

I was so sad that SIRI stopped talking to me. I went to seek help at the Verizon store and waited 3 hours for assistance. I have an iPhone 6 and I thought maybe it's just the mic? Anyway I waited... There solution to my problem was a software issue. I need to get a new phone or call apple support to reset and wipe my phone. My phone is two years old and to get a new phone because SIRI does not work? I left the store and looked sadly at my phone. I hit the settings button and scrolled down to reset? The phone is running great now and SIRI is talking with me again... I went back to the Verizon store and was asked to wait 3 hours? I said I wanted to let you know my phone works now...they did not seem to care. read more

Several weeks ago I went to Verizon store in Daytona Beach. I needed to change from another carrier to Verizon because the previous carrier had smaller coverage. Josh Hughes was amazing and extremely helpful. I did have to return to the store a couple of times because previous carrier was not cooperating. Josh (and others in the store) were patient with me and went out of their way to help me. All is fine now and I am glad to have Verizon's broad coverage. Thanks Josh and everyone else! Helped me with my new phone.. but very impersonal and I got the feeling I was inconveniencing him. I was a walk in with no appointment.

We had excellent service from Jonathan at this store. Luckily he answered the phone when I called the night before. He checked to make sure the phones were there, that the promotion would still be there today, and put the phones on hold for us (they were the only 2 available for miles). He was very patient and helpful as we transferred the data from our old phones to the new ones. We will definitely return to there. read more

Big shot out to Mike for doing his best to help me even though he knew the issue with my phone had to do with the software! The nearest open Apple store is in Jacksonville, and I could not make the trip with my schedule. Mike saw that I was eligible for some deals with an upgrade. He quickly suggested some of my options in resolving this issue, and he helped me to find a new phone that would be compatible with my needs. I recommend that everyone asks for Mike if you want the same kind of service! read more

Wouldn't go in this store if I was on fire and they had the only water around. Went here while in Daytona on business and phone quite working. Had to use an upgrade on another phone...no problem, but realized afterwards that the phone i got was used. Wasn't told that. Also was a piece of crap thats why it was returned. Know for fact because it had someone elses pics in it. When talking to salesman he told me there was no difference between this phone and another model...another lie. Finally, when I got home realized phone was junk and had to get a new one, I had to burn up another upgrade to chage phones. P.S. they are not really a verizon store. they cant give same discounts or anything. Oh and to boot Verizon corperate cant do anything to help. Makes it easier to switch companies. I was having problems with my phone not receiving calls. Went into this store twice, two different store employees helping, and there answer was that I had call forwarding turned on. (I did not) One went as far to tell me that someone could *72 then enter my phone number from their phone and have my incoming calls come directly to there phone. She said that she would prove it using her phone. She did not follow through with her example because I told her that she was wrong. Then she said she could not help me. To go home and call Verizon customer support and they'll be able to turn off call forwarding. I went home call and explained the problem to customer service they told me she was crazy and helped me solved the problem. Customer service over the phone 5 stars. This store no help at all. Zero stars read more

Thanks for nothing Verizon Wireless in Daytona Beach. After 5 years of service with Verizon, I dropped them like a bad habit after dealing with these liars. The representative sold me on a HTC Thunderbolt saying that it would do all of these amazing new things with 4g coverage in Daytona and Ormond Beach. 3 hours and $300 dollars later, I left the store with my old phone and no service and $300 in fees... Do yourself a favor and visit any cellular provider but VERIZON WIRELESS as the employees are operating at a 3rd grade capacity and have no idea how to even work their own computer once they do sell you a bag of lies! I went with AT&T and got the new Iphone 4 which is a GSM that Verizon will never have and so much more advanced than Verizon's CDMA/LTE which is great for sufing the web on a Commodore 64 at dial up speeds :) read more

bought a phone and returned 7 days later back in july 6th 2013 and still havent received my refund check....incompetant!!

I hate going to phone stores because I usually leave there spending money on a repair that should be free. I'm also not a tech guy and could care less which accessories my phone has, as long as it makes calls and I can text. So....I got a CrackBerry as a gift for Christmas and 8 months later the speakers just stop working with no explanation. I finally went to get it fixed and was told that I would need to buy a refurbished phone for $50 at the store instead of going through my insurance plan(same price as deductible), that way I wouldn't have to wait 2 days for the replacement. The phone is only 8 months old and under a 12 month warranty, however, since I switched accounts after activating the phone my warranty was basically cancelled. I tried not to be mad about this but after questioning the a product of 8 months breaking the staff at this Verizon location was more than helpful and waived any and all charges. Needless to say, this made my Sunday a happy one! They reset my phone, hooked up my email again, and transferred all my numbers to my new FREE phone. This is customer service at its best. read more
