We come in every once in awhile to shop around but it's been awhile. I was in the area and popped in with my daughter yesterday and we have such good service. First, the ladies at the Service Desk were genuinely so nice and helpful to help me with my Registry questions. The carts are so much better than the other big name store I'm not going to name. But seriously - something so simple- shopping carts that ride around smooth. When checking out, the cashier seemed a little confused on my discounts but was eager to help and I also had a gentleman offer to help me out to the car with my items which was so helpful since I got a car seat and I am pregnant. Very appreciative of that gentleman! The other part of my review would be for the Starbucks! The customer service was excellent. I asked for a recommendation for an iced latte and told the girls what I was craving and they made me the yummiest latte! My daughter also enjoyed the egg bites as usual. Thanks girls! read more

Poor customer service and their bogus gift cards. Not a very good experience and I tried to give them a second chance which just resulted in not refunding the money on some improper description of some grocery items. Shame on you target I will never return again. You lost a customer I will not go out of my way to return to your store. I also requested a district manager to give me a call back without conclusion. That's why your store was dead bad service don't give people gift cards if they don't work what is the point? It's almost unlawful. read more

The staff is so kind. They always do the most to make their customers happy. I also love how much they restock. Always new clothing, new makeup, etc. I do think there are a few things that are a bit overpriced but I think that's just how the franchise is. Don't even get me started on the ambience. This particular Target location is located just off of Interstate 95 so it is a perfect stop for both the locals and travelers on the highway. This Target is large and well laid out and also pretty well stocked. There is plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and professional. Our person at checkout had us smiling as she interacted with us. I think that she might have enjoyed our purchases more than we did. She definitely is an asset to not only this particular Target location, but to the Target brand overall. Prices are decent and I have always preferred Target to the other big box store. Target is my go to for groceries and even clothing. I don't have to deal with thr crowds like at other stores and the store is super clean.

Want to temper my review by stating that I know that people have very good intentions and the people at target are hard-working and nice. The reason for the three star review is not the quality of the food. And the drive up service is 10 out of 10 100% excellent. Everybody is so nice. It's my return experience at Customer Service or going through self check out that several times if the sales person doesn't like the way I'm doing something or perhaps I'm not going as fast as I need to. (even though nobody is behind me). They reach out and take my phone or bark orders at me while they're sitting. Mind you No one is behind me. There's no hurry. But he normally pleasant target experience has become stressful for me. Recently I've been saying please don't reach for my phone, that makes me nervous. Or "it's ok, I've got it". 3.5 Stars Out of the 2 Targets in our town..this is by far my jammy and should be yours too.The Daytona location is run down,the parking lot is always gross & no Starbucks! Lol It gets hit hard by tourists and the parking lot just feels shady overall. You can tell it's a place for creepy lol. Ok so now I start with the Starbucks in this Target!.MY FAVORITE! Yes there's a brick & mortar store in the same parking lot but it blows in wait times and overall service. Plus you can't get your quick shopping done when in a pinch. Target is my pinch place not full on grocery shopping so let's get that out of the way. Tbh I prefer Publix or Walmart over Target shopping as Wally has a way better selection in almost everything & Publix has better quality service/food/produce.Target is next to Lowe's which I love & that damn Starbucks lures me in often! Go to Target items:Liquid IV,Pastas in clear bags(forget name),those cotton jeggings,,the home decor dept & a Cold Brew w Heavy Cream,2 shots & 3 splendas lol. They do have cute shoes and clothes but ever since Covid it's been a disaster. Food wise especially the meat ..kinda blows, OK OK it for sure does. Not enough open registers EVER & it just doesn't match up to the one stop shop of Wally plus it's way more expensive. This is the largest and best Target in the Daytona area. And the only Super Target in the area. It features a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, Pizza Hut Express, Optical center, Photo Lab, Drive-Up Service & 4 Self Check-Out registers. The associates are very helpful and always ask if I need any assistance. The selection in both the food and non-food sections is quite good with many premium brands available. The latest addition to this store is the ability to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay and NFC enabled credit cards. If I had any complaints, it would be that the in-store WiFi is not reliable at all and the store is not open 24 hours. read more

If you buy something on line and pay with Pay Pal, You can not return item for a credit on your credit card.They give you a gift card. (I don't want a gift card and was not informed of this policy) Target needs to do a lot better with their on line purchasing. It's terrible compared to walmart & amazon etc... During this past week I have experienced a total blackout of telephone and/or internet service in the following businesses: Target in Port Orange and Hollywood Movies in Port Orange. I was unable to make or receive phone calls and text messages and unable to access email through my phone data plan. I strongly feel this is a violation of my rights. I will no longer do business in locations which use this blocking technology. My personal safety is compromised when I cannot send or receive a message from my husband while we are shopping. We couldn't even place a 911 call at Hollywood Movies if there was an active shooter situation or medical emergency. This is unacceptable. I pay for my phone plan and these businesses have no right to block my use of it. If I have to do all of my shopping and movie viewing on Amazon bring it on! read more

Absolutely love my Port Orange Target! My rating is based solely on my recent experience and I can't get through on the phone. I always stop by the deli section and pick up some of the pre-made sandwiches and wraps. I usually never have a problem with the product but in the past 3 weeks my boyfriend has found a hair twice in his sandwich. The first time it was a long dark hair and then today he had a white hair in his. Target has done a great job sanitizing carts, wearing masks, etc....but please make sure that the people making these sandwiches are wearing hair nets! If it was just the 1 time I would let it slide but it's happened twice in a short period. read more

SO..Yelp saw fit to delete my previous review of Target in which I mentioned my belief that it is built upon a wellspring of psychic energy, citing that it was not "primarily relevant to a consumer experience." Alright then, how to make my observations topical and relevant? Hm. Well, despite the fact that there is something supernatural going on at this particular Target location - the customer service experience is excellent. Every cashier and customer service representative is friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to help. Somewhat less relevant but still topical to a vital consumer experience is the fact that every single time I shop at this Target I run into the same exact person who I would prefer to never run into, if at all possible. And no, she is not an employee. Just a shopper, like me. If there is a member of your friend-circle, somewhere on the periphery, that you wish you avoid, I promise you, this Target will send out a mystical/metaphysical beacon to the universe, sort of like a demented stalkery Bat-signal and BAM! There that person will be, skulking by, as you're casually checking the expiration dates on the milk. It's uncanny, is what it is! That person wasn't there a minute ago! It is a dimensional rift? An ancient Indian burial ground? Whatever otherworldly thing is going on here - beware! Forewarned is forearmed. Also, the amazing Archer Farms dips - salmon, Parmesan and bacon, etc. - sadly, have become discontinued. I suppose I cannot blame this on witchcraft or voodoo. The customers who shop there also somewhat lessen the enjoyment of the experience (if grocery shopping can ever be said to be enjoyable?) Enormous SUVs taking up two spaces in the parking lot, people shuffling around in their pajamas like zombies. Good grief, I know this is Daytona Beach, but that doesn't excuse you from throwing clothes on in the morning before heading out into the world! The amazing thing that this Target has going for it is that it is a five minute drive from my house. Love love love this store. Sissy and I drove down to Daytona Beach for a little vaca and spotted this mecca. Once I read the sign, "SuperTarget," I became a moth to the flame. The place is utterly huge. It's a regular Target, full-size grocery store, and eateries rolled into one. The store is clean and aisles are roomy to boot. I LOVE THIS STOREEEEE!!!! I'm actually a converting Target shopper. I've only been there a couple times in my life. I grew up with Wal-Mart, boooooo. Due to some personal stands with the mega chain (don't get me started), I've decided to try and avoid the competitor at all costs. I've been comparing prices and services and I've come to the conclusion that Target is a much better store to shop in. They're prices are great and service is WONDERFUL! You actually feel like you can walk up to any employee and ask for help without getting your head bitten off by that, "how dare you interrupt what I'm doing," look or the, "I don't know what your talking about, I'm just collecting a paycheck," attitude. I had a staff member walk up to me and ask me if I needed any help. You don't get that kind of service at Walmart! I've came to the store to hunt for storage bins. Not only did I find the bins I was looking for, I found 2 aisles worth or storage bins, boxes, and everything I could ever need for my task. I even found a huge bin with wheels... WHEELS! Who thinks of this stuff?? I bought two. I got to thinking about other things I'll be shopping for in the near future, like a camping trip I've got planned, so I strolled down to the Outdoors Section. BAM! Bought a tent. Just like that. It was a 6 person tent for $100, on sale! That's an amazing price for what it is! Long story short, I went in for one thing, and left with all kinds of good deals! OH, and if your one of the lucky ones who has a Deli in their Target...try their Chicken tenders. They're amazing! Just like Publix! They have specialty subs that aren't marked up like at other stores. The Turkey, Cranberry, and Brie sub is the same price as a ham and cheese! I'm such a huge fan of Target, but Super Target? Oh my.. I'm literally in Heaven. The grocery side of the store is always stocked with fresh items and the Archer Farms products are good too. (Just check the dates on peanut butter). One thing that keeps me coming back to Target is the endless amounts of clearance items in every department. I got a great deal on a wireless printer here. The clerks are always very helpful and friendly. I have to agree with other reviewers, Target is definitely a lot cleaner then Walmart which is just down the street. read more

I don't go often-but when we need to make a trip-it's nice that this is a very uncrowded Target. Typically a friendly check-out clerk (I've only had 1 bad one) but they carry a few things Publix doesn't carry-like Amy's Thai noodles with cashews. We love our local Target store. We are in there several times per week. It is always clean and the service is always great. Pricing is very competitive on food , clothing and household goods. We are almost always about to get through the check out in a reasonable amount of time. Returns are never a hassle. We like to be able to use the Pharmacy while shopping. They always have a good selection of greeting cards, and it makes it very helpful to be able to get a lot of shopping done in one stop , for a variety of things. read more

If you don't have a "Red Card" and don't want one do not go in a line with Gary working as a cashier. He will harass you the entire time he's ringing you up, even when you firmly tell him you aren't interested multiple times. Then he gets arrogant incredibly arrogant and obnoxious when you ask his name. Just ruined my whole shopping experience and I wish now I just left my $300+ order at his register. I received an email that my pictures were ready to be picked up, and went in to the store. When I arrived at the photo department I was greeted by Pattie in Guest Services who checked the computer and told me that my pictures were not ready and would not be ready for a while due to a malfunction with the printer. After explaining that we were from out of town and leaving the next morning very early Pattie agreed to take our pictures to the nearby hotel that we were staying at so that we didn't have to cut our evening plans short to get back before the store closed. Not only was she friendly, and delivered the pictures to the hotel she also put a thank you note on the envelope thanking me for shopping at Target. OMGeeeeeeez!!!! Greatest Target EVERRRR!!!!!! It is a Super Target and it really is super! We found all the cat tshirts we could ever hope for and also found clip on sunshades. Super!! This Super Target is located near the 95 exit for Dunlawton in Port Orange. Nice selection of sale and regular items, store is a newer store so well lit, clean and plenty of parking. Nicer vibe than the SuperWalmart a few miles down the road. read more

It's Target, once you seen one, you've seen them all. No complaints, except my standard Target complaint that they have the only entrance way to one side of the store, so walking from parking in the heat is usually far and quite frankly, if they didn't have a Starbucks, I'd rarely shop here unless I have store coupons. read more

Well, I guess the holiday season is upon us, aka, advertising items in the Sunday circular only to be told when we get to the store (on same morning as circular arrived) that they were sold out and no rain checks are being issued. I called customer service to ask about this and was told they had a grand total of five TVs (remember, this was a front page item on the circular, obviously meant to attract more than five customers). When people wonder why Amazon is getting business instead of brick-and-mortar stores, this is why - we spent an hour of our time and gas money to get kicked in the teeth again by false come-on ads. Enough! Target will be the first entry on my "stores with whom I refuse to do business this holiday season and beyond". One star is one too many for this kind of shoddy treatment, but they don't allow for negative stars. read more

I was so disappointed with my last experience and this is normally my go to Target store. I purchased a game system online and picked up at one of the Target stores. After about 45 days, the system was not working properly and I called the closest Target location to me to speak with them about getting the game system exchanged. I was then informed that I needed to call Microsoft and get it taken care of outside of Target because it was past their return period. I inquired as to where is was listed to show me the return/exchange time frame and was not given clear direction as where to find this info at. I was very upset for the fact that I bought it through Target and all I wanted to do was exchange it and I was being told there was nothing they could do. What made it even worse was the young lady I was speaking with had a gentleman in the background telling her things to say and when I asked to speak to a manager, she informed me that the person in the back ground was her manager. When I asked again if I could speak to that manager she informed me that he was going to talk to someone else. I was still given the same answer and was still not given a manager to speak with after I asked again. I ended up calling the Daytona location and had to make a further drive, but they did the right thing and exchanged it out. read more
