I informed the associate on the phone that I had been quoted the day before a lower price by not one but two other associates. She said that she would have the manager call me which never happened......so after 5 days I called them & I was told that they would not honor the price that I had been quoted. I have now read other reviews and see that this seems to be a pattern with this store......my advise "stay away".

In reading other reviews, we now know that this is a pattern with this company. The product, the installation, and the customer service up until the end was outstanding. Beware of added costs that may have been "overlooked" in the initial quote process. Adding almost $400 two months after the initial quote is unacceptable. There has to be better monitoring of the process.
