When we entered the store we saw several items throughout the store displaying 60% off. Well my wife found her shoes now she is loading up on other bargains at the 60% sale price. My husband purchased a pair of Sketchers Sandals in December from Belk. He has worn them a total…read moreof 5 times. He went to put them on this morning and split in half. We went to Belk to exchange or get a refund since he's only worn them 5 times. They no longer had his size so we requested a refund. They said that they can't tell how much we paid being it was over 30 days. The sandals were regularly $65 and we got them on sale for $48 when we purchased them. The store would not credit our Belk account for the $48. Their system would only allow a refund of $17 on a gift card since we didn't have the receipt. If we had known the sandals were going to split like that we would have kept the receipt. I feel that their excuse that the system can't find pricing if over 30 days is total bull crap and a way for the store to profit and the consumer to be out of money for sandals that only last 5 times of being worn. We will no longer shop at their store. They should be able to look up anything that I charged on their Belk Mastercard. You have lost a loyal customer for such horrible customer service.

I will start off to say that the purchase was a tad bit, pricey, but the quality of the suits and the customer service was up to par and that's all one would ask when paying such a high price. An employee by the name of Trina guided us and helped us pick the best suit for him and essentially what suited him best overall. She took all his measurements and was very kind and doing so. She was knowledgeable about sizes and even recommended going up in a size for shirts for a certain reason or going down a size and pants for another reason depending on his comfortability. she honestly made the whole suit buying process very seamless and I'll be really had to worry about was paying for it. My partner paid for it, but I believe it was around $480. He had purchased the suit jacket, the pants and he also purchased one shirt and two ties. yes, this is a bit pricey however, the quality of the suit is far more important in this case that we didn't really worry about the price. However, I did want to share the price just so everyone knows what to expect when shopping here. Overall, the process of shopping here was pretty seamless and if he ever needed another suits or some different type of customization, I would not hesitate to come here!

The color of the tux was nice but it was just not a very flattering look on a 7 yr old little boy. He wrong size shoes and pants were ordered. Of course there was a rush to get the right sizes. Very disappointed overall. Customer service from one person in particular was terrible. Super stressful when preparing for our best-friends wedding. Some of the bridal party actually went to another location because of the lack of customer service.

Your Black Friday ad clearly stated that swag bags would be distributed at 6:00 a.m. to the first 100 people in line. Based on this information, my sister and I arrived at the Target located on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach at 4:30 a.m. and waited patiently in the cold for over an hour. However, shortly before the store opened at 6:00 a.m., we were informed--only then--that the swag bags had actually been handed out at 4:00 a.m., well before the time stated in Target's official advertising. Not once during the hour and a half we stood in line did any staff member notify those waiting of this change. As a result, our time and effort were entirely wasted due to what I consider to be false and misleading advertising. I would like to know why the Daytona location distributed the bags earlier than the nationally advertised time. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's adherence to Target's promotional commitments. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request that two swag bags--one for myself and one for my sister--be mailed to my home address. We both arrived early, followed the advertised instructions, and waited patiently, only to be denied what the promotion promised. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
