This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with Windsor…read more On November 4th, I made a purchase at: Windsor - Daytona Beach Location: Volusia Mall Address: 1700 W International Speedway Blvd, Ste 228, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 The total was $54.20, and I was charged twice, yet the store has refused to take responsibility or provide ANY solution. I first paid with Klarna, but the associate insisted that the payment "did not go through" and that "everything was at zero." Based on that incorrect information, I was forced to pay again with my Bank of America debit card. The next day, both charges were clearly processed: Klarna charged me AND my bank charged me. When I returned to the store with PROOF of both charges, the employees told me they had "no solution," that they only saw one payment, and that they "did not know anything about Klarna," even claiming it was the first time a customer had ever used Klarna as a payment method. Instead of helping me, they dismissed the issue entirely. On November 13th, due to the lack of support from Windsor, I had to pause the Klarna payment myself to prevent losing my money. To this day, no one from the store has contacted me or offered ANY kind of solution. I will be attaching screenshots showing: * The Bank of America charge * The Klarna charge * The active Klarna payment plan This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not allow my money to disappear, and I demand that Windsor fix this immediately by refunding the duplicate charge or canceling the Klarna payment. Customers should NOT have to fight this hard to correct a mistake that was clearly the store's fault

This is an enormous outdoor, upscale shopping center featuring brand name stores, including Vera Bradley, Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Banana Republic, and H&M, to name a few. The layout of the shopping center has an open landscape walkway, which doesn't provide much shelter from the scorching sun or pouring rain. There are ground seating areas and a small splash pad for small children. There is also plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Restrooms are available, though the stalls in the women's bathroom could use a bit of cleaning, as there were toilet paper thrown on the floor around the toilet. Overall, I feel you can have a pleasant shopping experience here at Tanger Outlets.

My husband purchased a pair of Sketchers Sandals in December from Belk. He has worn them a total…read moreof 5 times. He went to put them on this morning and split in half. We went to Belk to exchange or get a refund since he's only worn them 5 times. They no longer had his size so we requested a refund. They said that they can't tell how much we paid being it was over 30 days. The sandals were regularly $65 and we got them on sale for $48 when we purchased them. The store would not credit our Belk account for the $48. Their system would only allow a refund of $17 on a gift card since we didn't have the receipt. If we had known the sandals were going to split like that we would have kept the receipt. I feel that their excuse that the system can't find pricing if over 30 days is total bull crap and a way for the store to profit and the consumer to be out of money for sandals that only last 5 times of being worn. We will no longer shop at their store. They should be able to look up anything that I charged on their Belk Mastercard. You have lost a loyal customer for such horrible customer service.
