I had never been to Kairo's before, but Trudy was an ANGEL and not only helped me find the perfect dress, but helped completely revamp my wardrobe. She was so kind, and is an absolute pro at styling. This seriously has been one of the best, if not THE best shopping experience I have ever had. I am unbelievably grateful for Trudy and Kairo Clothing for saving me in this situation and for giving me a new appreciation for fashion and quality clothing. BTW. I wore one of the dresses to an event and got so many compliments. The photographers for the engagement shoot loved the dress and I can't get over just how it was everything I was looking for. This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with Windsor…read more On November 4th, I made a purchase at: Windsor - Daytona Beach Location: Volusia Mall Address: 1700 W International Speedway Blvd, Ste 228, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 The total was $54.20, and I was charged twice, yet the store has refused to take responsibility or provide ANY solution. I first paid with Klarna, but the associate insisted that the payment "did not go through" and that "everything was at zero." Based on that incorrect information, I was forced to pay again with my Bank of America debit card. The next day, both charges were clearly processed: Klarna charged me AND my bank charged me. When I returned to the store with PROOF of both charges, the employees told me they had "no solution," that they only saw one payment, and that they "did not know anything about Klarna," even claiming it was the first time a customer had ever used Klarna as a payment method. Instead of helping me, they dismissed the issue entirely. On November 13th, due to the lack of support from Windsor, I had to pause the Klarna payment myself to prevent losing my money. To this day, no one from the store has contacted me or offered ANY kind of solution. I will be attaching screenshots showing: * The Bank of America charge * The Klarna charge * The active Klarna payment plan This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not allow my money to disappear, and I demand that Windsor fix this immediately by refunding the duplicate charge or canceling the Klarna payment. Customers should NOT have to fight this hard to correct a mistake that was clearly the store's fault

That's so unlike the one in MD where I was greeted immediately and basically had a personal stylist treatment every time I entered. I always bought more than I intended to because of their help and suggestions. I felt so unwelcome and unwanted here. That's a shame. I guess I'll take my money to another boutique. This was a total pretty woman moment and you lost a huge sale as I was overdue and loved the purple colors.
