amazing store, never had a problem. the people are so sweet and will help you if needed.

This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with Windsor. On November 4th, I made a purchase at: Windsor - Daytona Beach Location: Volusia Mall Address: 1700 W International Speedway Blvd, Ste 228, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 The total was $54.20, and I was charged twice, yet the store has refused to take responsibility or provide ANY solution. I first paid with Klarna, but the associate insisted that the payment "did not go through" and that "everything was at zero." Based on that incorrect information, I was forced to pay again with my Bank of America debit card. The next day, both charges were clearly processed: Klarna charged me AND my bank charged me. When I returned to the store with PROOF of both charges, the employees told me they had "no solution," that they only saw one payment, and that they "did not know anything about Klarna," even claiming it was the first time a customer had ever used Klarna as a payment method. Instead of helping me, they dismissed the issue entirely. On November 13th, due to the lack of support from Windsor, I had to pause the Klarna payment myself to prevent losing my money. To this day, no one from the store has contacted me or offered ANY kind of solution. I will be attaching screenshots showing: * The Bank of America charge * The Klarna charge * The active Klarna payment plan This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not allow my money to disappear, and I demand that Windsor fix this immediately by refunding the duplicate charge or canceling the Klarna payment. Customers should NOT have to fight this hard to correct a mistake that was clearly the store's fault read more

My wife and daughter love this place. In the back you can find some great deals. My daughter found a dress that was $65 reduced to $46 and now $10. The staff has always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. When you walk the mall there windows are always a stop for us. read more

A friend told me about Windsor as my birthday is coming up this weekend and I wanted to find a chic dress. Found one I absolutely love, and the associate Kandace who helped me went out of her way to make sure I found everything I needed to accessorize with it as well! She even steamed my dress for me and then steamed it again after I put it back on to try with the different accessories. Shopping here was such a friendly, enjoyable experience and I will definitely be coming back here again! read more

Let me tell you guys something, I LOVE WINDSOR!!! This store in particular has ALWAYS been my favorite!! Casmira and Kandace helped me today so i could find the perfect fit for my birthday, boyyyy did they help me. Kandace went out of her way and picked some fits for me, and Casmira was really sweet as well! She picked some masks for me (which i looooooove that they are really implementing the masks in here! They also clean the room after everyone leaves, No covid girls around here ) as well as picked the perfect jewelry for me and shoes to wear with the two dresses that i got (she has really great taste in jewelry people!) So Casmira and Kandace? Queens. Great job girls!! read more

Came from Orlando but Candace was the best! She already knew I was looking for the deals, and showed me where all of them were. She also recommended a cute bathing suit for me. Overall, she showed amazing customer service and had such a warm, fun personality! read more

Came back! Kandace was not there but makayla was and she was wonderful. She helped my granddaughter in the fitting room and helped her to find the best Christmas outfit. We were glittered up from head to toe! Even got a matching hand bag to go with the shoes and jewelry. Just perfection. This store continues to be one of my top favorite stores. read more

Kandace was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a date night outfit. She even brought me an item that I didn't know I needed until I had it. On top of being super helpful, she is very kind and fun to talk to! read more

Well well well, the outfit was great that Michele helped with but I have a huge girls overnighter this weekend in Orlando & had to go back to my one stop shop. No Michele but Amy was there (again) and as soon as she saw me she immediately became excited to hear all about how last weekend went & asked me and my friend how she could help this time! Of course she asked what the occasion was and went straight to work. I walked out again with a great outfit & happy as could be. My friend said "why don't you shop around" I said why bother, they are impeccable! My new go to! read more

The staff & management at 1700 W International Speedway Blvd Daytona Beach, FL 32114 location are absolutely amazing!! My girlfriend & I were frantically looking for dresses to wear to a wedding in a few days. We stopped in this location multiple times this past week & every single time Kandace has gone above & beyond to make sure we could find what we needed! She helped us search for our perfect dresses, jackets, jewelry, etc! We were quite indecisive but she assured us that if we still weren't satisfied we could do an exchange! If you're looking for a dress for a special occasion or even just a night out. Go to this location! It's hard to find excellent customer service these days...but Kandace, Amber & other staff memebers blew me away with their kindness, patience, & knowledge of their inventory! Thank you so much! We will be back! read more

Been here twice. Both times rude women working there that practically ignore me. Good luck even trying to get customer service and best of fucking luck if you want to return something. I spoke in a calm and patient manner asking questions while she flew off the handle acted like a psycho manager put me on hold for five minutes while I was in mid sentence and then started making up rules as she went. Alluding to instances where she COULD help me but simply didn't want to. Total bitches working here every time. Plus.. cheap shit, don't fork out the money for it. Few times in my life have I ever experienced such failing employees... read more

The store is great in general but the CUSTOMER SERVICE, terrible. This lady who is older, possibly a manager. She's blonde and her name is Kelsey or Michelle. She doesn't like tattoos and she said that my friend and I would never get married or find a man because of our tattoos. She kept going on and on how our tattoos are ugly, even after the transaction. We kept our mouth shut and stayed as nice as possible, but she didn't. We spent over 100 dollars together on this visit as well and was treated rudely. I honestly feel bad for whoever covers a shift with this woman. read more
