This has been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had with Windsor…read more On November 4th, I made a purchase at: Windsor - Daytona Beach Location: Volusia Mall Address: 1700 W International Speedway Blvd, Ste 228, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 The total was $54.20, and I was charged twice, yet the store has refused to take responsibility or provide ANY solution. I first paid with Klarna, but the associate insisted that the payment "did not go through" and that "everything was at zero." Based on that incorrect information, I was forced to pay again with my Bank of America debit card. The next day, both charges were clearly processed: Klarna charged me AND my bank charged me. When I returned to the store with PROOF of both charges, the employees told me they had "no solution," that they only saw one payment, and that they "did not know anything about Klarna," even claiming it was the first time a customer had ever used Klarna as a payment method. Instead of helping me, they dismissed the issue entirely. On November 13th, due to the lack of support from Windsor, I had to pause the Klarna payment myself to prevent losing my money. To this day, no one from the store has contacted me or offered ANY kind of solution. I will be attaching screenshots showing: * The Bank of America charge * The Klarna charge * The active Klarna payment plan This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability. I will not allow my money to disappear, and I demand that Windsor fix this immediately by refunding the duplicate charge or canceling the Klarna payment. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. Our existing recliners have served us well and although they operate 100% manually - prior to starting our search we knew there would likely be options available that may not have been available a decade ago. Timing is everything and since the Fourth of July holiday is approaching we knew it was likely that every retail furniture store worth shopping would be having their annual holiday sale and we found that to be the case here. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. This store has an impressive number of recliners on the floor in all types of materials with a plethora of options. After an hour of so of testing, reclining, adjusting almost everything short of taking a nap, we decided we needed to go thank Eric for his time get his business card and move on to explore other options.
