You'd think if you had a regular crowd of people that clear thousands of dollars worth of inventory weekly that there would be some type of understanding. But this lady makes her own rules. She denies service to people that have been there whether it's 40 min or 4 hours. She allows people that cut and put their hands on other customers to remain in the store and buy product. I withheld leaving a review cause people have their bad days but today I stood in line for about 25 minutes. No biggie. The two lady's at customer service were holding it down doing a great job. They called her up cause there were 15 people in line. This elderly lady was returning something just before me and was struggling to get the item out of the cart she snatched that shit and didn't even say anything to the lady. When it came to my turn for help she denied my purchase and told me they're holding it for tomorrow. These items aren't street dated and they already sold multiple items to at least 3 people before me. So why does this lady have any authority. She's rude, breaks vendor rules, antagonizes ongoing issues in line, and then at the end of it all probably gets paid more than everyone else that actually takes pride in their job I want to spend my money here but it is always an issue. Fix this lady's attitude or create a system that actually works please.

I took the pair of shoes to the counter and was willing to exchange my personal cellphone for collateral while I tried on the shoes because we all know how the world is these days with theft. It seemed most of the sale associates were eager to help anyone walking through their department, so it was definitely a unique personal shopping experience. It seems like these jobs are commissioned sales positions or maybe it's just to break the boredom of being employed here nonetheless I enjoyed my time here. The store was immaculate and there was plenty of inventory as you'd expect. I picked up (3) pairs of jeans, a pair of slacks and (4) four shirts all name brand for just under $500. There are ground seating areas and a small splash pad for small children. There is also plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging stations. Restrooms are available, though the stalls in the women's bathroom could use a bit of cleaning, as there were toilet paper thrown on the floor around the toilet. At most Target locations, I usually will park my car and get my items within 2-3 minutes of arrival. It wasn't busy but I also didn't have to be anywhere. I do like the convenience of Drive Up and orders are ready for pick up within 2 hours. Overall, I'm satisfied that I got the items I needed. For this trip, I picked up some laundry detergent and other items since I'm here on business for a couple weeks. Easy peasy!

Your Black Friday ad clearly stated that swag bags would be distributed at 6:00 a.m. to the first 100 people in line. Based on this information, my sister and I arrived at the Target located on International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach at 4:30 a.m. and waited patiently in the cold for over an hour. However, shortly before the store opened at 6:00 a.m., we were informed--only then--that the swag bags had actually been handed out at 4:00 a.m., well before the time stated in Target's official advertising. Not once during the hour and a half we stood in line did any staff member notify those waiting of this change. As a result, our time and effort were entirely wasted due to what I consider to be false and misleading advertising. I would like to know why the Daytona location distributed the bags earlier than the nationally advertised time. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's adherence to Target's promotional commitments. Given the circumstances, I respectfully request that two swag bags--one for myself and one for my sister--be mailed to my home address. We both arrived early, followed the advertised instructions, and waited patiently, only to be denied what the promotion promised. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
