When you go to a Ross you should know what you're getting into. Great variety of clothes, it makes dressing myself and my family affordable without looking like I've gathered clothes from the trash. People in the reviews should know better. Cheap prices, minimum wage workers. Be nice to the workers if you want it in return. I've gone here 10 years and sure, people can be snippy. But come on. This was my first time visiting this location. Upon my arrival, I received a greeting as soon as I entered. I immediately noticed how organized the store was. Like, ai was literally blown away. I've been to multiple Ross stores in central Florida and this is by far the best. They have a better selection and everything is organized. There was a pair of shoes I was interested in and of course the security was attached, which prohibited me from using the shoes lace. I took the pair of shoes to the counter and was willing to exchange my personal cellphone for collateral while I tried on the shoes because we all know how the world is these days with theft. Brianna was incredibly rude. Has zero customer service. Not sure why they would have someone who hates their job at the front.

I went to this location to potentially make some purchases. There was a blonde lady that seemed like the manager who was definitely not friendly and unprofessional which was the first red flag as soon as I walked in the door based on comments she madr. Some of the other staff was rude towards other customers there which was off putting to see and one interaction between the customer and employee. The employee was in the wrong. I can't speak for the other interaction since I only saw part of that interaction. I decided not to shop here after seeing the unprofessional and rude staff so I can't comment on selection. I only looked at one section and the shoe was all ripped up even the places where the laces go were torn yet they were still trying to sell it for almost 20 bucks. Lol not a great value. I wouldn't go back or recommend. If I was potentially looking to work somewhere or knew someone who was looking for work I definitely wouldn't recommend this spot nor would I want to work here. read more

This used to be my favorite place to shop. I've spent many, many thousands of dollars here over the years. Today, however, was the last straw. The brunette cashier had been rude to me many times, but I try not to take it personally. I assume she deals with a lot of stuff and it's not about me, even the time when she clearly mistook me for someone else and impugned my character saying she'd do a return for me "one more time because I return things all the time." Um, no ma'am, that's not me, and she argued with me. (Also, pretty sure you can't personally dictate corporate policy.) My husband and I just laughed it off to ourselves because it clearly wasn't me she was thinking of, and I'm just trying to buy my finds. Well, today I stopped in and saw many things I was interested in purchasing, but I needed to visit the ladies room first, I asked this same lady, "May I visit the restroom?" And she looked at me and said "no one is available to open the door." I was a little taken aback as there were two employees and zero customers in line or with either of them. I said, may I just have the door code? And she replied "sorry" and turned away from me. I couldn't believe this. The customer service here is wild with no oversight. I won't be back. read more

Service is terrible here especially the older black haired women checking people out. She is the rudest person and the manger should be fired for letting her to continue work there. If I pop in there and she is there I leave she makes the shopping experience terrible but somehow she's still employed in a customer service position there says a lot about the leadership there. read more

The rudest customer service manager assistant manager , not the store manager. She's refused to give me a 10% discount on a pair Jessica Simpson house shoes that the glue on sequin appliqué that was lifted halfway off. I was in the day before and the young woman at customer offered me the 10% off . I was so embarrassed by the way she talked to me with a line of customers behind me. I have shopped there many times over the years but I'll never shop at that location again. read more

The customer service at this location is awful. I returned something yesterday and the woman at the register was ranting and raving about how bad her day was, slamming hangers on the counter and just extremely hostile... I was very uncomfortable. There is also an older woman who works the register and is always picking fights with customers. I think yesterday was the final straw for me. read more

We had to go to return stuff on Sunday morning the older women behind the register was horrific! You would have thought we asked her to donate blood. Registers shut down and I still never received my Money back. So now I have no money or the item I returned. I will never shop there again. I think her name was Chris. read more

Small for a Ross store but nice location. When walking the plaza you can swing in browse and leave . They are limited in items and the housewares always looks like the shelf is half full (empty). The prices are what you expect from Ross so you can find some deals. read more

Before you buy shoes from Ross, make sure they fit, because they will not return them if you wear them outside of the house. I bought a pair of tennis shoes that hurt my ankle, because I wore them outside, they refused to take them back the next day. I was out of 40 dollars. They would not allow me to exchange them either. read more
