I took my mom and Nancy shopping here just after Thanksgiving and the store was beautifully decorated and selling many Christmas items. Shopping here is definitely a blast from the past - seeing all the toys, magazines, glassware, and other collectables I became familiar with as a child. This store is huge (14,000 sq. ft.), you can easily spend an hour here so bring your comfortable walking shoes. Some of the items that sparked my interest included the monkey chandelier, the Mozart bust sculpture, the hand standing lamp, Fritz's Nussknacker Standl, the Playboy limited edition collectables, the world coin map, and the variety of vintage ceramic Christmas trees (my mom used to make these when I was a kid). The staff were exceptional on our visit. They wrapped our gifts, and also provided directions to other stores like this one close to the area. All-in-all, if you shopping in Daytona Beach, I highly recommend checking out Nicole's Beach Street Mall.

I purchased a sofa and loveseat for my daughter and husband as a wedding gift. I wanted the set…read moredelivered while they were on their honeymoon so they would be surprised. When the set showed up it was 2 loveseats. When I contacted the store representative, she argued that the set that was delivered was correct. I said, I took a picture of the set and she said well the picture you took was not the set I purchased. She said "I can review the cameras." I said please do because you will see this is not the set we purchased. She finally agreed to send the correct set which was delivered after my daughter returned home. When they were delivered it had a huge gash across the back of the loveseat. When I called to ask her what happened I was told "it is not my responsibility to point out damage to you". The tags also did not state "as is" which is how most tags are marked if there is damage. I sent the couches back with the delivery drivers but gave each of the delivery guys money because I understand it was a hassle for them. I was not going to accept damaged merchandise. The store representative said she would let us know when she received new sofa sets in however we never received any communication. We went back to the store 3 times trying to find something and resolve this in a positive way. On the 3rd visit, my daughter found something she liked. I said to the clerk so there is a $200 difference and she said no I am already out hundreds of dollars. She said you already filed a chargeback. I said yes because we paid you and have no merchandise so I will be happy to call them to cancel it. I do not expect you to deliver it before you receive your money back including the price difference. She repeated no because I am out hundreds of dollars. It's a shame that we could not do business with her. We tried to rectify multiple times to no avail. If you purchase from this store, take pictures and thoroughly review the merchandise before purchasing even if that requires you to move the furniture so that you can see everything. I have attached pictures of the damage on the loveseat. My daughter left a review and the store called us scammers as a response to that review. This business has blocked us from Facebook as well. I am trying to make sure other people understand the steps they need to take to protect themselves so this does not get repeated.

Caroline made herself available within minutes of us calling and she and her lovely mother met us. My girls and I spent at least an hour looking and visiting. We ended up buying the beautiful print. We truly appreciated Caroline and her mother. Also...I don't why this says I'm from Baton Rouge...I'm from Alabama. :)

My mom and I stopped by this shop after a doctor's appointment, hoping to finally check it out…read moresince it's rarely open despite being in the neighborhood for decades. The elderly mother of the current owner was watching the store and kindly chatted with us about the shop's history and how she had sold the business to her daughter. ​Right in the middle of our conversation, the daughter/owner came out and started loudly yelling at her mother right in front of us, complaining that customers didn't want to hear her stories, that no one was buying anything, and that the shop wasn't a place just to chat. It was completely uncalled for and deeply unprofessional. ​I actually had a few pieces of jewelry in my hand that I intended to buy, but I put them back and walked out. Treating your own mother--who was just being polite to customers--like that in public is appalling. Zero stars if I could. As a bonus warning, none of the items have price tags, so the owner seemingly just makes up prices on the spot when you ask.
