Train Wreck Demands Special Treatment…read more I have been monitoring this review page for Miss Priss, knowing the train wreck who visited this week would likely leave a negative review. Sure enough, the "Karen" of all Karens did. First of all, she was abrasive the second she walked in, slamming her plastic bags of clothes down on the counter, instantly talking down to the woman (long, curly brown hair) behind the counter, who was busy with customers at the register. Karen kept saying something about her bags containing "high end" items and insisted she deal with "Ellen." The woman behind the counter asked if she meant "Elaine," the prior owner. Karen was then even nastier, insisting they go through her things to give prices or something right there! The Miss Priss team seemed to tried their best with belligerent "Karen" but it was useless. As for accusations of racism, that is a shameful statement. We actually noticed Karen's husband was meek and mild, and the Miss Priss team met HIS peaceful energy with the same. In fact. We noticed he came back in asking for something, and they politely gave him all of the plastic bags of clothing back. It seems some people just live to talk down to people they assume they don't need and do their best to cause stress and harm. The Miss Priss shop has been a peaceful place every time I've visited, and I was shocked to experience Karen's "Karen-ing" up close and personal. However, once she finally left, we all applauded and enjoyed a moment of women supporting women, which we all should be doing.
