It allows you to wear certain dresses you might not have been able to with a standard 2 strap bra. The front window was very well decorated for the upcoming holiday, Halloween. The employee was respectful and apologetic but could not make an exception to their policy and added that they normally charge an $80 service fee. Don't work with this company unless you want to roll the dice on wasting 4 days waiting on incorrect parts.
