After months of frustration trying to update my home theatre system with new components purchased from Best Buy and installed by their "Geek Squad" I finally found Precise Audio. Chris, the owner, scheduled his team to come out and rescue this 82 year old former whiz Heathkit builder how to properly wire it. Two unbelievably knowledgeable techs showed up, asked a few questions, and had my total system working just perfectly in 1.5 hours. They also left written detailed notes on using the system because they just knew I was lying when I said I would remember all that they said when the door closed behind them. We moved to the area only a few weeks ago and have had many vendors in. What set Precise Audio and Chris and his team apart is the respect they showed to us and to our home. As we interacted with them on more than one visit it became easy to see this respect was a reflection of their personal values. Add to that their technical expertise and ability to translate what you would like done into the appropriate solution and there is no other company on their level in this business. Our home was wired for sound in multiple rooms but only the wires were left behind resulting in there being no way to use the speakers in the ceilings. We also needed multiple TVs mounted, powered and connected to the speakers as well. We couldn't be happier with the solutions they provided us and how well they work. I ordered my Generac generator from Mr. Sparky at the end of August. Twice they said they would be…read morethere on a certain date to install but neither time did they show up or call me. I had to call the propane company each time to have them reschedule. (A-1 Propane was great to work with). Terry who sold me the generator told my wife and I during the presentation that we would be able to make payments for two years with no interest. Terry was very hard to get ahold of. Terry said he would come back to talk about the problems, the following day. He did not come nor did he give me the courtesy to call. Finally on December 1st they installed the generator but did not finish the job completely. Still not running. Mr. Sparky sent me a past due notice on my payment. I called them and said they the generator installation was not complete. She also told me that they have no payment plan. The last of January I requested Jeff, the manager, to come out with the tech, when they would finish the job. Jeff agreed and said they would be there on February 2nd between 8-12. Tech came but Jeff did not show nor did he give me the courtesy to call. It is now February 5th and I have not heard by from Mr. Sparky. I have sent Mr. Sparky an e-mail saying I would not pay until Jeff comes out to talk with me. Guess what my rating for Mr. Sparky is going to be!

Do not hire Mr Sparky simple 220 hookup for my EV turned into a $1200 estimate…read more I said I would shop around and the electrician said if I went to Home Depot to get the 220 breaker it would be $650 to install the plug 10 inches from breaker box in garage I said I would repair the bad 15 amp breaker myself to lower the price which he responded he would fix it for free which ended up costing me $128 of the $650 invoice the total job took less than 35 minutes and when I complained to management he said the warranty was worth something but didn't cover the 220 breaker that I supplied never again
