First tech that came was totally awesome he diagnosed the issue with my dryer, ordered parts, the second tech came with the part he was nice as well, but after he left it worked just once then after that I had to put it on 60 minutes more than once depending on what I was drying just to get them dry. That does nothing for my electric bill. The third tech that came hang it up last straw he was useless, did nothing and now my dryer does not work at all. Would I recommend this company NO, only way would be if the first tech and second were the only ones working there. Mona no thank you no need to discuss anything with you. The second tech that you sent to my home to install all the parts did and when he went to turn on my machine it would not work, so he told my husband he had to take out all the new parts and put in the old parts to get it to run again. So common sense tells you how he left my machine with old parts and he kept the new ones. Before he came my dryer ran, I just had to dry the clothes for a long time which is not what a dryer is supposed to do not at 60 minutes each time. I called again your company, now after your third tech came to my home my dryer does not work at all, and you there is a burnt smell when it runs, your second tech did something that burnt it up because the third tech did nothing but stand there and look at it, but to be fair after the second tech it was failing now after your third tech it completely failed. Three attempts that's giving this company 3 chances no more chances here, we told your techs we had an issue no need to talk to you. Your attempt to talk to me is to try to make your company look good, which it is not. Like I said one star rating is way too good for this company. I use my dryer everyday, its mine but I am stupid right? The customer knows nothing about their own appliances how they work right? I had electronics brought there after a lightning strike for repair. Somehow they "lost" my plasma TV which was working except for one damaged HDMI port. I was told by owner don't worry you'll get some money for it in your insurance claim! But they "lost" it! I think they kept it for it's valuable panasonic parts as plasma TV were on the way out but still plenty needed repair, especially at local sport bars. I had to threaten them by telling them I was going to report it stolen, (I had serial numbers) at this point they gave me some money. This was a few years back. My experience with royal electronics. The short summary. Over the course of approximately 4 weeks royal electronics has made 5 on site repairs and have been unable to repair a whirlpool washing machine. The detailed summary. I bought a new whirlpool washing machine from Home Depot with the extended warranty add on. My washing machine broke down and home depot sends royal electronics to repair the washer. Visit #1 royal electronics sent a repair technician to fix my washer. Tech shows up and tells me he has to replace an unknown part, is going to get the part and will replace it at a later date. Visit #2 days later royal electronics come back to replace the part and leaves, closes my ticket and documents the problem as having been resolved. Washing machine remains non functional and is not fixed. I call royal electronics and let them know the washing machine remains non functional. I was told they need to now replace another part called an actuator. Visit #3 royal electronics has a manager visit me and he did not replace the actuator and instead replaced the shock absorber rods / springs. He tells me the washing machine is fixed and leaves. That same evening I attempt to use my washing machine and it worked for less than a half an hour then it started SMOKING a GRAY color smoke and smelled like burning plastic. I unplug the washing machine and call them back. Visit #4 royal electronics visits me to perform troubleshooting to determine what other parts will be required to fix the washing machine. Days later visit #5 royal electronics visits me with several additional parts. The technician did not bring the tools needed to perform the repair job. He hacks away at my washing machine leaving broken plastic and nuts and bolts inside of the washing machine tub. He left shortly after 12 pm. Instead of returning with tools to perform the job he left and never came back. Suggestions to the owner of this company: Invest in hiring technicians that have been properly trained in troubleshooting and appliance repair or send them to a community college or a tech school to learn the trade. Guessing without actually performing various testing is not considered troubleshooting and throwing random parts into a repair project over and over and over x 5 times and hoping for a good result is just plain stupid. I do want to mention that the lady or ladies that have answered the phone over there have been friendly and responsive. They alone are worthy of a 5 star review. My experience above deserves a zero star review. read more

We got rid of our Cable 3 years ago and I was talked into a $500 to $600 antenna! Well 3 stinking years later, I was told that the whole system is shot, and that they can replace it for another $500 WHAT! And paid a $120.00 service call, they where here less then 10 minutes! Oh and the new 500.00 dollar antenna has a 20 year warranty..... sure it does! I'm so disappointed! read more

Terrible services and phone call manners. They responded my yelp request. The lady on the call was very rude allthrough the process. First tell me they only do warranty work. After I told them they were the one sending me the computer respnse, she has the worst customer manner and later started insulting me by saying "not understanding me" (as I am an Asian American, naturialized 40 years ago and teaching at 8 "US" universities). First of all I took my 48" flat screen Visio TV in for estimate and repair. They said they'd call me within 4 to 5 days with estimate. They never called, I called after 6 days and they said it was a power board problem and they could get a replacement part to repair it. I bought the TV in January 2018. Didn't expect it to go that fast, since where a had it in doublewide that hadn't been used since March 2020. But barring that, why they couldn't get replacement part is beyond me for a TV that isn't even 4 years old! This company would get a 5 star if they were organized. They would get a 1 star if they didn't do a class. Let me explain... class on HD antennas made the 40 minute trip worth it. After it, we felt comfortable dropping cable. We scheduled an install but decided to do it ourselves. We made the 40 min trip back to pick up everything. That's where it went wonky. Mark "helped" us, but did not seem to know what to do or where to get what we needed.. and he said he'd the son of three owners and used to be an installer. We left there without a high frequency splitter..a must, and without brackets.. also a must for the pole. In the class, it sounded like they had an all inclusive kit, just pick it up. No they don't. SO they should at least have a checklist of parts. We had to go to Lowe's to get an inferior splitter ... their splitter was touted as a top product and ready for internet should the tech and laws change. It's the 4th and I'm pissed that we do not have what we were "sold on" in the class. We will make do and declare our independence of cable... but not happy with Royal Electronics. read more

They came out to check my Sony 51 in Tv that would not start up. The tv Diagnosis was light blinking 9 times. when he arrived i had the back off the tv and he just sat down and stated it needed something in the D Board. and it would cost me $300.00 Plus the $90.00 Service call. this tv is 13 years old and i was not going to put that much money in to it. so i refused the repair.paid him and he went on his way. left an estimate for a new tv. At that point I figured I could find out what was wrong with my TV off the Internet, and sure enough I did. Many questions regarding the same issue as i was having on the tech forum site. The answer was always the same. 2 Diodes on the G board, Not the D board as he led me to believe. so I took the G board out and carried it to a local repair service and they repaired the board including tax for $102.00. and stated to me if that didn't fix the tv. to come back and they would refund my Money. well Low and behold That fixed my tv to like new again. I called Royal electronics about a week later and advised him of what took place and tried to get some kind of adjustment for the wrong Diagnosis and the $90.00 wasted service call. do you think they would offer any refund? No hell no . they wouldn't, even though I have used them for many years for my tv repairs. I talked to the owner who happened to be the service Guy who came out to check my tv. You can bet your bottom Dollar I will never use them again and do not suggest you use them either, Just a Plain rip-off as far as I am concerned. Terrible customer service. Samsung created a ticket and assigned it to this company for local service. They called me promptly and scheduled an appointment for later in the week. When I received no call/show for the agreed upon time, I called them to ask what happened. They didn't find record of me or my scheduled appointment. They took my number to investigate, but never called back. After I called again, they said that the ticket was cancelled, but they never bothered to contact me to let me know. They then instructed me to go through the whole process through Samsung again instead of helping me to fix our TV that I was going to pay them for. Now they can lose my business. read more

Brand new LG dryer purchased in Aug. Repaired 3 times by Royal Electronics, throwing parts at the problem and not believing me when I am telling them it doesn't dry.They made me climb on my roof to check duct work, did everything they said to prove dryer in fact wasn't working. Now when I am telling them yesterday before the 3rd tech arrived that there are scratches on my machine top it's my fault. There is no customer service anymore. The tech that was here yesterday took pictures and said he saw the scratches. Mistakes happen, how about owning up to them instead of making someone jump through hoops for your business! read more
