He was in a car accident, he was in the hospital, he had to fix his AC, he had other bills, he doesn't keep that kind of cash around. He's a thief and a liar. Find some place else to do business. Brought a Seagate expansion drive to him to retrieve the data and import to a new drive. Paid over $700 for this job. Numerous phone calls and visits when I still lived in Palm Coast. Took two phones to get repaired. Paid $365 up front. Was told that shipping would be overnight or 2nd day, and that the phones would be ready in two days. Showed up in two days and they weren't done. I asked when they would be and was told "tomorrow". I figured I've give him an extra day and sent an inquiry via Facebook Messenger, and he said they weren't done. I asked when they would be and he said "tomorrow". I asked if I could pick them up at noon and he said, "I'll let you know." That day came and went. The next day came and went. Sent messages but received no answers. Another two days and I dropped by late afternoon. It's now been 9 days. One phone was ready, the other wasn't. He said he'd have it done by 7 pm. Called at 7 pm and it wasn't done, and wouldn't be until "tomorrow". Went down the next day in the afternoon and it wasn't done. Called in the evening and he said it was done but that he lost the SIM card and couldn't find it. He did give me some cash to get another one, and we rushed to the AT&T store before they closed to get a replacement. 15 minutes after having the phone, the back glass broke. I set it in the center console in my car, like I'd done many years with the phone before I took it to get repairs and it never broke. Not one single crack. I set it in the pocket of the console, then when I took it into the AT&T store, I noticed that it had cracked. Next, I checked the camera. It no longer works (worked perfectly when I dropped it off). The screen also no longer turns off when it senses it's against a cheek when talking. The S Pen on my son's phone, which also worked perfectly when we dropped it off, no longer works. The screens work, which is great, but now I've got to get each phone repaired somewhere else to fix the other things that no longer work AFTER we picked them up from this store. I appreciate the friendliness of the owner but c'mon, putting people off for more than a week after you've said things would be done, losing a SIM card, camera, S Pen and sensors no longer working, and a brand new piece breaking from very light handling after picking them up is unacceptable. I bought a 2014 MacBook Air on June 5th at this store, for $600 and two months later the computer won't turn on. I waited for weeks and I finally got an answer back that there was severe water damage from a little humidity in a room. But apparently this water damage was so severe that several parts had to be replaced. That cost me another $160 even though "Warrenty" was supposed to cover it. I took it home after it was "fixed", and within an hour my keyboard and trackpad stopped working. Along with this, my computer was running extremely slow and kept glitching. This is right after I was told that my computer is working perfectly new. After using it for a few more minutes my whole system was down and the hard drive was bad. I took it to another tech shop to get their diagnosis and they said that the computer is BER (Beyond Economic Repair) and it's best to just buy a new computer. WASTE OF MONEY! read more

andre sold me a used power supply unit for $70, said that "he was trying to be fair" with the pricing. looked it up online and found the same exact brand new PSU for $20 on multiple websites with warnings of other users saying it fried their hardware. went back immediately to ask for a refund nicely and was greeted with a scoff/attitude. was told to come back in tomorrow for the refund. just left the product on the desk, took my receipt, and will be charging back the amount from my CC went to best buy and bought a brand new EVGA PSU with the same specs/wattage & higher quality for $20 less. obvious scummy practice trying to make a quick buck off of someone he thought was unsuspecting. read more

Do not! I repeat , do not go to this establishment to transact business. I've read through the reviews and realized that he did the exact thing to other ppl , that he did to me. About 4 weeks ago, I was coming from St Augustine and saw the repair shop. I live in Daytona. My iPhone 8 Plus wasn't working and I decided to give Andre the phone to fix. He said it was $85.89 for the transaction. He said the ph would be fixed in 2 days. After a week I began to call him, as he was not calling me about my ph. If I called him from my ph number, he would dodge the call. I had to use someone else's ph. He kept telling me, the ph would be ready tmrw. Finally after 2 weeks, I showed u at his shop. He said my ph was at his home. I told him, I wasn't going to leave my ph. I waited there for 3 hrs. Bear in mind, I just did a surgery. I was so sick but I wanted my ph Fr this thief. He got my ph Fr his house and gave it back to me. Since the ph wasn't fixed, I ask for a refund, he said he'll credit it back to me but it should take some days to get to my account. I knew he was lying. It's been 2 weeks now and the transaction still hasn't showed up on my account. Now when I call Fr someone's ph, as he doesn't take my calls. He says, I have refunded you and hang upin my ears. This guy is a thief! Not only did he take my money and not fix my ph but he tampered with my ph and switched the speaker out of my ph.
