On the third attempt to get a key cut the man told me the regular key guy was on lunch and he couldn't cut the key after fumbling trough books and the key stock explained it was my third trip to your store to get the key cut and I was going to leave a review explaining the poor service I received and I would like his name, he wouldn't give me his name, I insisted I wanted his name for the review, he then said my name is "Bill". on my way out I asked the girl at the register if the guy at the key counters name was Bill and she said no it's "Mike" said he lied to me and said his name was BILL, she shook her head and said his name is Mike. I hope the owner gets to see this review. As a customer, I can go anywhere, I can get a key cut at Walmart or many other places. I chose to give you my business, and your employee was horrible and lied to me, trying to cover his piss poor work ethic. He should be fired.

In fact, they woke us up at 6 AM reminding us of the delivery. We will NEVER again buy anything at Lowe's. This is ridiculous and very unsettling. Do something about it before you go bankrupt for not knowing how to treat your customers.
