The day before the delivery I received a call that my order would not be delivered for another 7-10 days. I already sold my old furniture and was sitting on beach chair's. HUGE inconvenience. Mark ask to wave the delivery charge, the manager said no and offered no regrets. No problem I took my bissness out of town. Feel bad for Mark he tried. Don't get rid of your old stuff till you have the new. Lesson learned!

Well, after sitting in the new recliner at home, I found that it was not going to be comfortable for me. I went back to the store and talked to our salesman, Ben, and basically, he said "no problem" I picked out another one, they came and got the other one and delivered the new one a couple of days later.
