The inventory could be stocked a little better, but overall the employees are always very friendly and helpful.

Started having problems with…read morethe washer, first showing a code on the screen and then wouldn't add water before it just up and stopped. I unplugged the unit and called Lowe's because the machine was now 14 months old. With some trouble, I managed to get a hold of the Lowe's service department. I had to physically go to Lowe's and was told by customer service that they couldn't help me. Then I went back to the Appliance Department, and the salesgirl made a call, and it was discovered that Lowe's had my OLD e-mail address, and that was why they couldn't find my PAID WARRANTY. She then sent me a link, and I filed a claim. It said they were in Jacksonville. A long way to come for a service call. However, I then received a call from the Ocala repair service stating they would be out. I had selected 8 am - 12 noon ( Morning service ), but the service tech showed up at 4:45 PM because he also had a service call across the street. ( 2 birds and one stone? ) He came in, plugged my washer back in, pushed all the top buttons several times, and said it would now wash. I said What about the soap dispenser and he told me just add the soap manually. Paying all this money and then extra for a 5-year warranty, I called the repair office, but they told me my ticket had been closed out already. So I gave the washer code on the screen to the girl again, and she said she would have a service tech come back out. I tried to tell her, if the Service Engine light comes on in your car, do you just ignore it or get it fixed? So this time, a different repair guy came out, on time ( 9 am ) from a different company. Came in ( SAW THE CODE ). Said the soap dispenser appears to be broken and shouldn't be sticking out that much. Said he would order me a new dispenser and would call when the part comes in. That was 2 weeks ago, and no word as of yet. Yesterday, at the bottom of the washer after I removed my clean clothes, I found a 3" (inch) spring and two nickel-sized plastic circles with openings. ( Picture Below ). So once I get the soap dispenser and the code stops coming up, then perhaps we will figure out where the parts go. Truth be told, the washer no longer goes out of balance or walks away from the wall. Maybe we don't need those parts?

The USB ports do not work and the plastic casing under the seats is bowed. I called Lowe's office Palatka last week. They transferred my call and I told the girl the problems. She told me to either call the manufacturer or bring it in. I told her I wanted to return it and she said okay, just bring it in. So I did. Was drilled by staff on who I talked to, what time etc etc. they wouldn't have said that. Tameka, a sales associate laughed and pointed to the return policy sign, saying you couldn't see that?? I have a cheap made golf cart that I'm stuck with. Any business that doesn't stand by their products has a low review rating. So it was no surprise to me to see their 2.2 rating.

I would give a negative number if I could. I love the eurotop mattress I purchased but will never…read moretrust the lying manager and employees of the Palatka, Florida store. I am sure other furniture stores have similar stories but there are enough out there I will shop elsewhere in the future. I am even willing to go on a wait list to get the product knowing it is new, which is what I am purchasing. A few weeks ago in July 2023 I went into the Palatka store to buy a mattress. I found a twin eurotop I liked and could get it within a few days time. The sales clerk said they might have one in the back that someone didn't want. Then she said something about floor model and it might need to be re-wrapped. I was excited until she started mentioning floor model. Not on a mattress specifically. I refused to consider that one and said I wanted a new one from their warehouse. It was scheduled to come in a few days later. We went early in the morning and the truck had already made its deliveries. I was allowed inside the back and they found the box springs and the frame, both wrapped nicely and or boxed as should be. Unfortunately they couldn't find the mattress. Then I started getting excuses, then all of a sudden they came up with the mattress from a far corner. The rest of the current deliveries were sitting in front of me just inside the dock entrance doors. I was given excuses as to why it was over in the corner and I asked if it was the one that was already there. I was told no, this was what was delivered so took the mattress home. Got home and saw that the tag said May of 2023 and knew they lied to me. I called the store and got several more stories, or should I say lies. One being they had received 2 that morning but they were already out for delivery. I asked why I didn't get one of those. No answer and more lies. I called the main store with the warehouse and talked with someone who helped me determine that the mattress I had at home was not delivered that day to the store. This is a mattress we are speaking of in which you sleep on. I called the store and spoke with the manager again and only received more proven lies because her story clashed with the warehouse information. She agreed to exchange the mattress. They whole staff turned very rude at this point. Now this is where I really am upset because a few days later on delivery day we got there about the time the truck was supposed to arrive. We were told it wasn't there yet so ran errands and came back within about a half hour. They said truck had arrived and exchanged my mattress. The mattress was wrapped in plastic but I don't think that means much because there are handheld devices that can heat seal plastic. In essence, the mattress I was picking up was dated February of 2023. several months earlier than the one I just returned. Plus, there were like several smudge marks on the plastic. It was sealed, and looked new, but I don't trust it didn't come from the dregs of someone's back storage room. Why the smudge marks??? I took the mattress and kept it because I had company coming the next day. I have my mattress in a zippered bed bug cover, then have a mattress cover over it and is the only way I can sleep on it. I will eventually replace the thing and donate it. I did not tell my guest the ordeal, the mattress is very comfortable but I have a hard time using it when the snoring gets too loud in my bedroom but force myself.
