I recently had a frustrating experience with their return policy. The back of the receipt clearly states a "Love It or Return It Guarantee," which gave me confidence in my purchase. However, when I attempted to make a return, I was told that refunds are not allowed on opened items. The associates explained that this instruction came from the store manager, Tammy. Because this directly contradicted the company's stated policy, I contacted their corporate customer service number. Emiline assisted me and issued the refund immediately, which I truly appreciated. While I'm grateful the issue was resolved, it's disappointing that the store itself is not honoring the company's return policy. I hope this is addressed so customers can have a consistent and fair experience at every location.
